I like the ability to use the service for minimal cost to start.
Service used to be excellent. Over the last few months, they've opted to service everyone from India, and the problems are rarely resolved and extremely difficult to communicate. I've submitted 4-5 job tickets and had multiple support sessions via chat but still nothing. And this is after they've contacted me via email to notify me that the problem was resolved! I've spent hours trying to resolve software issues on their end. I would NOT recommend them to anyone...

The concept is great - blending CRM with Marketing Automation.
The system is riddled with bugs and poor design choices. I just counted how many support requests I have raised in the past 6 months - it's just shy of 100! Critical things like contacts being deleted, emails not being sent, losing deals in the CRM etc. I prepaid for 2 years and it's one of the biggest mistakes I've made. Their support team, whilst friendly are simply robots, and the bugs get worse with every release. Whatever you do, do not sign up with Agile CRM. Anyone who has ever had to change CRM knows how frustrating it is and I promise you will end up changing if you go with Agile.
Trying to blend CRM with Marketing Automation.
I think the price as it was very cheap but even if it was cheap I just wasted money as they didn't refund as after complaining and them not fixing our issues well.
Our company used AgileCRM before and also recommended this to our client. However, upon using it, it doesn't really live up to what it promised to do. Specifically with Email Marketing, all the emails we are sending to our clients are going to Junk/Spam Folder, we've done several tests and change the content of our letters but still it all went to Spam. The representatives promised us on the call that the emails will go straight to the Inbox but it didn't. Also for our clients side, the emails from Office365 doesn't sync properly well, it took 3 months and still they weren't able to solve this issue. We had to cancel our subscriptions.
Marketing/Email newsletters. No benefits
Very little, you can send mass marketing emails but so can other CRMS and they're not so buggy.
Lots of bugs, complicated to set up a unsubscribe link, no pipeline feature so you have to rely on tags. There are others but I have wasted enough time with Agile and don't want to continue wasting my time.
