Steady, consistent flow of opportunities- easy to review and easy to apply

I wish more of the companies I applied too contacted me for an interview. Are they overrun with applicants? Seems due to the lack of available sales leadership talent that experienced, employed candidates like me should get more call backs.

I need to find a better fitting role and that means vetting and applying for a lot of jobs. Last time it took me 6 months to find the right position and I ended up getting it through an employee referral and not through a job board. I’d like to shorten the window of time it takes to identify and accept a new role.

It is very helpful in narrowing down location and types of jobs. Many jobs are one click applications so it makes job hunting less exhausting! Almost any company uses zip recruiter so the opportunities are endless

It’s easier than looking through ads in my own. The jobs come to me and the people behind the scenes are pretty great too!

I'll be honest with you there isn't anything I don't like about it.

I don't have to have 50 job search engines working to find me the type of employment I'm looking for. The benefit is is quite simply ZipRecruiter is what most major corporations are using nowadays and being a professional with over 17 years of experience in this particular field I enjoyed the targeted job search and the results it provides.

Ziprecruiter sends you jobs according to your information. Most jobs will actually be relevant to your qualifications. And they have an easy apply option which helps with time.

Although I may dislike when I am sent jobs that are slightly outside of what I am looking for, I understand.

The most helpful tool I find with Zip recruiter is the ability to tailor my search and also give feedback on the jobs sent over that they believe are good fits.

The only thing I dislike is I still receive emails about positions below my minimum but you don’t have to apply to everything so it’s okay.
