Good so far. I don't have any complaints
It's helping to match me with companies the desire my skill set. I love the resume upload and auto profile creator. It's really saves time.
The notifications when recruiters have seen your application are helpful.
I received job suggestions that were not what I said I am looking for.
ZipRecruiter solved the problem of finding jobs that fit what I wanted to apply for.
Zip Recruiter provides an easy and convenient way for undergraduate students like me to find jobs and internships. It personalizes the job listings depending on specific fields and majors.
I dislike that the UI can be cluttered sometimes. There is always something that I seem to cannot find. However, that might be due to my inexperience with this platform.
ZipRecruiter allows companies to easily look for employees and vice versa. It benefits me because I can view the jobs before applying and determine whether they are a good fit.
They recommend new jobs matching what you previously submitted. "Great match" was very helpful.
Not sure what you are asking. I like everything.
Finding good matches
Zip Recruiter makes the job search easy in that it matches your qualifications and skills with multiple companies.
I dislike the jobs that require you to apply on their website. I've found that certain features, such as uploading your resume, fails on some companies site's.
ZipRecruiter is solving the problem of having to physically travel to job locations and request applications. That in itself is saving me time.
How the ZipRecruiter Phil keeps your job search consistent with your job history.
I just started using ZipRecruiter and have not had too much experience, so at this time, I do not have any dislikes about this platform.
Not Applicable
Clear and concise. I recently applied on another site. I received a lot of junk that did not fit my salary requirements or qualifications. I thoughly felt that this experience was much more substantial, and therefore I believe it will garner real results.
I have not experienced a downside at this juncture of the experience with ZipRecruiter. It's definitely more user-friendly than other sites.
Zip Recruiter has solved the problem of having to use multiple sites to have your job search needs to be met.
Very user friendly and comprehensive. They do all of the heavy lifting for a job searching candidate.

The software streamlines making your profile so you are able to focus on finding jobs instead of focusing on hours building your profile.

I was continually updated with new opportunities. I was alerted each potential time employers reviewed my resume. On top of that, I received weekly updates on the status of my applications.

The job suggestions and application feedback
Nothing, there's no complaints on my end
Helps me to find job opportunities
ZipRecruiter offers a great, one-stop-shop experience while searching for a new opportunity. The search fields and filters really allow you to drill down the results for the positions you're looking for.
I don't dislike anything, but it would be great if there was a manual 'Applied' button you could hit on jobs you've applied for using the 'Smart Apply' button that aren't showing up under your 'Applied For' jobs list. It's not a dislike, just a suggestion.
Most positions that I see elsewhere are listed on ZipRecruiter. I don't like posting my personal information in a bunch of different places, so if I can keep it in one location I'd like it to be ZipRecruiter. There's one other job board site that has the same (and possibly more) positions, but their organization is not on par with ZR and it's a pain to find what I'm looking for. If only ZR appeared on the lists of "how did you find out about this position?" but I type it in whenever possible!
