Die Installation ist einfach gestaltet, die Konfiguration übersichtlich und selbsterklärend. Die gebotenen Features sind absolut ausreichend. Ein Plus ist die DSVGO freundliche Lösung.

Leider ist das Preisniveau im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Chat-Systemen nicht sehr ansprechend.

What do you like best about Userlike?

The interface of the chat window is eye-catching and user-friendly. It can be customized from the colors to the preset chat script for offline chat. It also offers the scoring chat function, which gives us feedback to improve the service. Another aspect I like about Userlike, is that stores the talks, which is quite useful because it helps us interact with visitors without any confusion. I can not help but mention that the mobile version of Userlike works great and is adaptable to different devices.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Nothing. I have not found significant flaws in the software.

It allows us to improve the customer service experience and attract more leads efficiently.
