Tidio is a live chatbot option its shows us directly a visitor and called a customer which pages they are visiting. Also, we can collect the email address for doing email marketing. We can connect Facebook Messenger for chatting in one single place. it shows which country a visitor belongs. There Are lots of good things I can show you.
Mostly I wouldn't say I like when a chat operator is not online. tidio are trying to stay online 24/7

I like the fact that customers can quickly ask us a question! I love using chatbots when I am using a website, and so I know exactly how the customers feel! I feel as though this service works efficiently. I get a noticiation either on my laptop or my phone as soon as somebody messages us so that I can quickly reply. We use it as a 1:1 conversation tool rather than using the chatbots as that's what our customers like!
When the chatbots usage limit has reached within the free plan, you can't start a chat with people automatically! I feel as though this helps a lot with sales! I understand there has to be a cutoff point withint the free plan, but for me personally it would be more beneficial to have less automated chatbots and more freedom to direct message customers.
Whenever a customer is having a problem, they can quickly log on and chat with a team member! It's quick and easy to set up and works incredibly well! We felt that people were often struggling to find out phone number or email address in order to solve their problems. Tidio solved this issue and we are not able to help customers quickly and efficiently.
The chatbots are easy to customize and come with a range of templates to start with.
It's hard to fault the tool for the price. There are no real hidden upsells. To get similar features elsewhere, you're paying five times or more.

Tidio offers a very good User Interface and toolset to help you land more of your visitors as customers/clients. Other chat widgets have good-looking interfaces that just lack features or are more buggy than functional. Tidio gives you a robust set of tools including Chatbots, 3rd-party integrations for things like notifications and automations, and even a simple contact-development platform to help organize and categorize leads that you've talked to or who have submitted their emails to you during your "offline" hours.
It is hard to say anything negative about the platform, but with that said, it is worth noting that it's very easy to overlook any tiny flaws it may have (that I haven't yet noticed) when the competition has it way worse.
I was looking into more advanced customer chat systems for client-facing websites for myself and my clients. Tidio offers a robust, well-built, and good-looking option to boot. Tidio is giving me exactly what I was looking for in a consumer-facing chat system that I can also easily recommend to my own marketing clients.
Multiple site functionality is great. I get all of the notifications for all my sites in 1 location and segmented so I stay organized.
Premium features are only available during trial for free but understandable that they charge for the extras.

Easy customization, all in one place. Everything I wanted to be able to customize, I can. The android app is brilliantly functional, with a condensed version of the dashboard. I do not miss any visitors to my website or comments on Tidio's chat. I'm able to set my online hours and implement a chatbot for when I am offline. I can set up multiple operators to be able to respond on the chat.
I'd like to see more step-by-step guides for setting up features such as chatbots. It would be great to have more options with the chatbot and email marketing.
We are reaching more customers, and particularly reaching customers in other countries with the translate option. Different countries prefer to contact in different ways, and Tidio reaches those customers who want an immediate response. I have greatly improved my customer service satisfaction rating by using Tidio.
Very easy and intuitive to set up and use
It still lacks the integration of the Tidio bot with FB and IG. Maybe FN and IG don´t allow it as they have their own bot... But we can see the FB and IG conversations on the Tidio panel which is good

Connection to clients, existing, potential, and new is the most significant benefit, and the customer service is STELLAR.
It was honestly super easy to upload and set up and the back-end is very intuitive. I even had a technical question and received tech support immediately. Who does that? I really like this app.
