"Just what we were looking for"
What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane was the perfect solution for our customer onboarding process. We have a very unique product and process for planning upcoming jobs and installs and Rocketlane allows for a very clear, transparent view of the entire process and steps needed to keep the project moving along. It is also great that links, documents, and communication can all be done inside of rocketlane, allowing our entire team AND the customer's team and any stakeholder to have access. Other software we tried missed on the actual onboarding process and had too much other stuff we didn't need. Rocketlane is very focused, to the point, yet very feature-rich. Also, their customer support is super responsive, helpful, and easily accessible via chat on the home screen!

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

There are some features that we would like to see added, but the tech support team took our suggestions and put them into the process of developing them! And in the meantime, they helped us find work arounds such as zapier and other items.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocketlane has allowed us to simplify and clearly lay out a once very intimidating and daunting process for our customers. Previously, non-savy customers would balk at everything we asked of them and some would leave upset, confused, or even wanting to cancel their order as it seemed like too much work. With Rocketlane, we can break up our processes, info gathering, training, and other milestone requirements into bite-sized, easily digestible content that clearly lays out expectations and progress. Also, allowing the customer to bring other stakeholders and communicate with stakeholders and us on the platform if they get stuck saves everyone's email and keeps the history where it should be, not buried in an inbox.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

The product UI/UX is really amazing, every single thing has been thought through really well.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Nothing so far. At the first glance if the templates are all filled and tasks are setup it might look a bit intimidating but once you start using it, it is very intuitive and easy to use.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

I felt its a great tool to bring all the stakeholders of Onboarding (Implementation team, customer success team, support team, tech team and clients) on a single platform and collaborate effectively. I feel it has helped build a strong synergy amongst the stakeholders.

"One of the best task management tools out there"
What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Extremely easy to create projects/tasks and collaborate with other teams. The progress bar on the tool is also pretty cool. The UI is super clean unlinke other task management tools that look very clunky.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Absolutely, no negatives that I can think of.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Has greatly helped in reducing the time taken in completing a task.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Super-easy to build a repeatable onboarding process for your clients with Rocketlane. You can ramp up new customer success reps faster and make sure they're delivering a consistent brand experience. The templates and dynamic task templates are amazing.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

It's not easy to rearrange tasks by using drag and drop. The same limitation applies to task groups as well. But I hope the Rocketlane team can make this UX improvement soon.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to organise and assign tasks to our clients using Rocketlane projects. It also makes it easier for us to organise task-specific communications which otherwise is impossible to handle through multiple email threads.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane has helped us get started with customer onboarding. It has given us shared visibility on onboarding projects with our customers. There is a clear demarcation of responsibilities & the timely reminders also help us stick to timelines and keep the customer engaged. On top of it, you have the ability to manage conversations within the tool which replaces multiple email threads with the customers.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Has a lot of features that might look overwhelming at the beginning but the team is always there to respond and help with questions.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocketlane aids in improving time to value. You have the ability to track the progress on a task at every critical juncture which helps us stay updated with our customers. It has been a gamechanger in terms of improving the onboarding experience for both our customers and internal teams

"Great and Thoughtful Solution for Client Implementations"
What do you like best about Rocketlane?

We're excited to use Rocketlane as our first software application for client implementations. It has a very user-friendly Project Plan functionality and collaborative Spaces that can be customized and used as areas to collaborate with clients/other users. Their Magic Link sign in process is a must-have feature, because users (our clients) do not have to be concerned with remembering another user name and password. The Rocketlane team is great to work with, and are deploying new functionality quite rapdily and in very thoughtful ways.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

The experienced team at Rocketlane is moving very quickly, but it's still a new product. We are excited to see them continue to build more customization so that Rocketlane customers can further customize their client experiences.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for an easy to use and secure portal where our clients could visit to see the status of their implementation, and access key reference documents. Rocketlane makes that process easy!

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

The team is a pleasure to work with and their solution is easy to use. We can use Rocketlane to collaborate with customers on important projects or processes where transparency is key. We're literally on the same page and everyone knows who is doing what and when to expect results.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

The team imported my massive project plan template as I needed to upload it before that was feature was available. I'm looking forward to being able to import my CSV files from other project management system to quickly create the templates I need.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us it's transparency. It's really important that the customer be aware of all the things we're doing to ensure they are successful. We don't need credit but it's important they understand that we are continually engaging and delivering per our agreed upon SOW.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

We really like how easy it is to track all customer communications in one place without having to use various tools. After using Rocketlane for customer onboarding we were able to track all the documents, tasks and communication in a single platform and it has made it easy to see the progress of each project and our customers love it What was really helpful for the customers as they can always go back to the task page to track all the previous conversations without having to scroll through their inbox and the notification for the tasks due really helped us to stay on track with the project and follow up with the customers

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Sometimes when we change timelines for a particular task we have to manually update the dates on the subtasks which is a little time consuming but overall its a great product

As we were growing we needed a tool to streamline our customer onboarding process and have to have a place to check the progress and status of all the projects

The team has been great during the sales process and onboarding. They walk the talk. I like how we can customize each project to match our client branding (or ours) to ensure the experience is seamless for the client during an engagement.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Like any platform, if you don't commit to learning a product and including it in your onboarding program, you won't find impact. It is important to commit to a platform before you mention what you dislike.

Managing multiple projects at one time is challenging, especially when your team is growing quickly and globally. This platform helps us keep track of each project status in a more seamless way.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

1. Collaborative tool , where the customer is engaged at every step of the implementation, instead of receiving boring Excel sheets with multiple rows of taks, the updates are realtime , attaractive dashboards are just a click away 2.The reporting feature is incredibly insightful, and whether it is tasks, updates or timesheets, multiple reports are available to cater to different requirements 3. Adopting Rocketlane is a no-brainer, any organization with customer onboarding should seriously consider using this product

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

The integration with Freshsales is not entirely bullet-proof. Still, teething troubles are typical across all products, and the upside is that Rocketlane has a team of brilliant folks who are super quick to assuage your concerns. The icing on the cake is that they are super friendly as well.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of using static excel sheets, customers were happy to see dynamic real-time updates to tasks, and the chat feature is hugely popular. Engaging the customer through every step of the implementation process and the transparency is such a game-changer.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane provides my team with the transparency and collaboration tools I need in order to concurrently manage all of our projects. We use Rocketlane for internal and external onboarding and implementation of our service. It allows us to have one source of truth with the customer.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

As Rocketlane is newer to the space, some of the features (while helpful and a step in the right direction) can be confusing to use. They have great learning resources and Care team which eliminates this concern.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have struggled in the past to use a project management tool for our specific service onboarding with customers. We want to have a single place for all tracking of tasks, conversations, and materials internally and externally. We've been able to change our workflow accordingly.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

1.) Ability to create a checklist for customer onboarding. Factors.AI being a marketing analytics tool, the onboarding process involves integrations, data validation, data setup, verifications, etc. Without Rocketlane, we ended up using Sheets which was a hassle and prone to errors 2.) The Kanban board view for tasks and the ability to co-assign tasks to customers brings in accountability and visibility to the entire customer success process. 3.) Creating milestones and grouping tasks under a milestone for the onboarding process 4.) Inbuilt NPS scoring 5.) Creating templates for documents in shared spaces: This helps our clients access all our integrations/product documentations, minutes of meetings for all weekly call and notes in a single place. 6.) And lastly, awesome customer onboarding and service for using Rocketlane: Anirudh has been very helpful and addressed all of our questions within a couple of hours

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Not something I dislike- but it would be great if the changes/updates to templates could reflect in the older projects associated with those templates.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane is easy to use and collaborate with internal and external team members. Rocketlane takes the frustration out of project management software by simplifying the interface. I also appreciate the ability to present high level timelines to customers and share real time updates with team members.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Nothing, Rocketlane nailed it. Rocketlane is easy to update, modifying timelines and dependencies is a breeze.

Rocketlane is helping me share deployment and onboarding timelines with internal and external stakeholders. I've saved a great deal of time updating milestones or tasks and use the platform to send recurring updates to team members. What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane helps you streamline all communication and tasks between your customers and you. It centralizes the items reported on email, messengers and slacks and creates a shared workspace for you and your customers. This helps track actual progress of integration/launch and once launched track progress on items thatimpact your customers and make sure they do not drop off the radar. Your customers get a view of the progress made and you get a view of issues across all your customers. So even after your customers are live, bugs and other communication can be tracked on Rocketlane. Rocketlane also has templates which allow you to repeat the same succesful playbook across new customers.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Would be better if they added Filtering by custom fields.

Customer Onboarding - Centralize Communication - Communicate Progress Ongoing Customer Issues - Centralize Communication - Track Progress on Bugs etc. New Customer Onboarding - Use Templates for Repeatability
