What i like most, is the facility to create fields and tables to the database. Always syncronized with the cloud version, i use the two ways, web and android version in my phone. The programming language is very simple. Very Dinamic!

nothing, i believe that will be much better in the future, with new improvements. The reports, must be more easy to edit. Programming examples, should have more to learn developing ninox. Should have a installer to windows SO. And language portuguese is missed, and is very important to be present, in next updates.

Without a doubt the customer service experience that Ninox provides is amazing. For such a young firm (only 7 years old) the support they give is first class. I have been very impressed with my interactions with Jörg Mathews and Birger Hansen. Outstanding is all I can say.

Beim Aufsetzen einer Datenbank kam ich bei einer Verkettung von Datensätzen in Abhängigkeiten zueinander nicht mehr mit meinen Kenntnissen zu Funktionen und Triggern weiter. Das Problem dem Support mitgeteilt. Kurzfristig und schnell hat sich der Support in die Problemstellung eingearbeitet, Zusagen gemacht und eingehalten - was gibt es Beseres! Herausforderung gelöst - Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es gibt bisher nichts, was mir an Ninox nicht gefällt - es ist sicher alles möglich, aber ich habe noch nicht alles entdeckt :-)

I needed to trial a product, before making a longer term commitment. the team was very helpful throughout the process, making sure I was able to access the app, helping navigate, etc. the team is great and the product is really amazing!

we were looking for a database, with local hosting/private cloud. Ninox is user friendly, easy to navigate and provides wonderful database solution that also looks clean and nice.

This is the desktop/end-user database that Microsoft Access, FileMaker, and so many others should have been. Ninox lets you work in a flow that focuses on the _data_, not the technical aspects. The user interface flows in a natural way that follows the relationships in the data. Ninox is the absolute best!

They have a desktop version for Mac; I wish they would also provide for Windows and Linux. Nevertheless, the cloud version is identical to the desktop version and can be accessed from any kind of computer.

it should be possible to use different databases as if they were tables, this way is not over saturated

I’m still a beginner at using Ninox, but there is tremendous support available BOTH from Ninox and Nioxus.com, a USA partner. The extensive collection of data types let a beginner accomplish a lot without any programming. With the addition of the Ninox scripting language, the user can design a UI that facilitates complete and accurate data entry while avoiding needless confusion.

There is not much to dislike about Ninox, but I wish there was more information on its basic design. It is NOT a traditional SQL-based relational database - which has both advantages and disadvantages. From what I seen, using Ninox is easier than using SQL-based queries. However, being a niche database, I noticed that the demand for Ninox developers/programmers in the USA was practically non-existent as of now (late 2019]. This may or may not be relevant depending on whether you can be your own developer/programmer. It bears repeating, great support is available from both Ninox and Nioxus.

I’m using it to manage a video production process and other general-purpose database needs. Although the database is relatively straightforward, it’s more powerful than using a spreadsheet application.

Ninox is fantastically versatile but powerful - it can solve pretty much any problem you can throw at it. 3rd party integration via the use of API's was also a big leap forward.

There is limited calendar integration (iCal only) - so when I moved over from an iPhone to an Android phone I lost Ninox scheduling in my calendar (which also had previously synched to my car). That's my biggest annoyance at the moment.

Document management, invoicing, stock control, personnel management... the time savings and efficiency improvements have been incredible!

Good reference guide needed. Very powerful functions with some coding but sometimes a bit hard to figure out in the beginning.

The online/ offline possibilities are great when you travel worldwide, often without connection, as I do frequently. To have all the necessary data with you, to have the possibility to locally update on your mobile, is great. My travelling takes me to places where online means standing on ropes, so I have small possibiities to access pure online databases - on the other hand I need the database to be online, as otherwise my colleages cannot amend the data...

Still i did not find a possibility to have an offline App/ program for windows. As travelling always with a windows laptop/ surface - that would be nice to have...

I need to regularly get and give an overview about achievements and failures -thsi is not possible to maintain by excel. Using Ninox is easy and always available the data I need

Ninox just plain works. No goofy UI, no writing horrible SQL queries, no awful skeuomorphic junk. It works and it is exceedingly good at what it does.

I love everything about this but I am not a technical person so it would be great to have an example of how some functions work and why you would want to use it.

I am using this as a CRM as well as a HRM. This saves time and centralises information.

Trotz der Einfachheit des Systems, mit der man ohne große Erfahrung arbeiten kann, ist es trotzdem sehr tiefgründig und man kann so auf einfachste weise komplexe Datenbanken schaffen. Die Dokumentation ist erstklassig, der Support über das Team oder auch die Community ist super.

Aktuell gibt es nix zu meckern. Alle Bedürfnisse werden schnell und unkompliziert bearbeitet

Als kleines Unternehmen ist es schwierig die perfekte Software zu finden, die preisgünstig ist und trotzdem alle Bedürfnisse abdeckt. Mit Ninox ist das, zwar mit etwas eigenem Aufwand, möglich!

There has not been a business solution that Ninox or the Ninox team have not been able to solve for me in terms of managing and analysing data.

It took me a little while to get to grips with the relationship of tables and how powerful they are.
