We are a market research company and need email marketing platform service only occasionally so we tend to prefer the "pay as you go" platforms. We tried Moosend recently and got open rates higher than with other platforms we've used before. We like that they support different ways of domain verification. The interface is easy and intuitive. Support replies very quickly.

We noticed that the time to upload lists is longer than our previous experience with other platforms. However, we were explained that while being uploaded, the lists go through a thorough check so it is beneficial in the end.

For us, it is a great instrument to send out invitations to take a survey to professionals who have agreed to receive such emails from us. We get higher open rates and therefore higher participation than with other platforms.

I love the ease with which it works and also the fact its intuitive user interface makes it a cake walk to use, it took our marketing team just a week to get used to Mossend

The pricing of the software can be a little better since some companies including ours have limited markets for budgeting especially when you are a small company

A long list and also many things managing inside the "Moosend" account. "Moosend" insights are very beneficial to manage your email marketing.

I have tried all of the major email platforms available, and I was never really 100% happy with what was available. I am a single-person entrepreneur - I don't need a $50.00 a month platform. I always felt like I was overpaying with other providers. Moosend offers all of the features that I need, email campaigns, templates, subscriber lists, automation, etc... all at a very affordable price.

Like all new software platforms, it takes a while to get used to their software and their "jargon". Once you do - it's pretty easy to set up and use - GREAT support!

What is best about Moosend is that the pricing structure is very reasonable and affordable for small businesses and nonprofits. This is done without sacrificing features that can help you grow.

There really it not much to dislike. If there were anything to dislike, perhaps it would be having more layouts and templates. But other than that, Moosend is great!

Some day Moosend web site getting slower than other days. Maybe, the design page can be more effective, and also the Moosend website can include more templates.

A few days ago, I couldn't do anything when I am on the Moosend website. I reached customer support and they solved the issue in a good way. After that, the problem has sold.

The software has a user-friendly interface and even if it's your first time using this software you will not have a hard time finding your way around it. I was reviewing the software so that I could give feedback to a company and I was quite impressed with the platform. The company was looking to transform into the digital world and I am glad they chose this software. Everyone that was involved understood it very quickly and it was easy for them to roll it out. Congratulations to the team at Moosend this is an amazing piece of work.

Well, the only challenge I had was during the importation of a CSV file as it was a little bit buggy and could not accept the last name for the email list. I found this quite off as they should work to improve this because people have different needs for different purposes. Otherwise, great work.

I never got to experience Moosend at its full capacity as my work was only to check out the software and review it before the company could implement this software. I am glad it was considered and was rolled out to the whole company at large. It is amazing and I would recommend this software to anyone.

How user-friendly it is and the selection of templates to start with.

I love being able to see in-depth analysis of each campaign and being able to see who has unsubscribed to amend my mailing lists accordingly

The ease of putting together campaigns allows me to focus on the rest of my tasks and I don't have to worry about if my campaign will look good or not because I know it will

I dislike that Moosend got rid of the free all the time price point. I don't have anywhere close to 500 contacts, so I don't feel like I should have to pay the same amount for less contacts.

The best benefit I have figured out is that my email no longer crashes or bounces my email list because I am no longer using my business email to send load lists. With Moosend I get all the benefits of sending one single email to multi[e people and I know that they will get it. I also like that I can track subscriber activity, link clicks, and bounced emails to rectify the situation quickly

Plenty of features and pricing structure is much fairer than Mailchimp

Ability to handle a growing subscriber list at a reasonable monthly cost for a small business

We use this to reach out to B2B customers. It's truly a great tool and easy to build with the drag and drop editor.

Sometimes emails may not turn out how you want them to, especially if a customer is opening via Outlook desktop.
