The email flow set up and now the fact that Klaviyo offers SMS in Australia which can be added to our flows or key promotional campaigns
The way the SMS plans have been set up. Lack of forthcoming of best practise and examples of what good looks likes. Need more in terms of being on the front foot
Customer database management, Email flows , utilizing SMS for flash sales events, segmenting customer lists, LTV of customer
I like the ability to drag and drop edit all of the email flows and have dynamic paths based on various variables is very helpful.
It is hard to integrate with mixpanel, which we use for in-app tracking, in order to make smarter segments
We are able to take paid ads and convert them to purchasers for a much lower cost
Pulling reports are very easy and they offer lots of data that some ESPs do not.
Personalization could use some help as well as dynamic product blocks.
Being able to analyze data quickly with their dashboard has helped us react to meet KPIs.
Ease of use + function + integration with apps!
Price point is high esp as users increase
Enhanced email marketing possibilities/ways to reach our consumers/target and retarget
It's very user-friendly compared to others I've used in the past. It also has in-depth analytics that allow us to better know what to do going forward.
There is no help/contact phone number when an urgent emergency rises. This is something we faced this week that created a lot of frustration. The world of ecommerce is fast-moving and that needs to be available.
We use the stats to solve lots of deliverability issues.
Klaviyo is very user friendly, integrates well with nose ecomm platforms, has great segmentation, and makes email creation and testing very easy.
The reporting is lacking and there is no public preview link for email campaigns, making it difficult to share with others for approval.
Klaviyo has helped us grow revenue for our clients.
Klaviyo Mainly Helps E-commerce store due to its seamless mixing with platform like woocommerce, Magento etc likewise Klaviyo also mixing with business to customer and business to business using custom websites.
sometime email marketing will not work on
easy to deploy in mac and windows
Sales operating under klaviyo software product management network financing, have a stability of obtaining results, capable of sharing campaigns with ease of delivery, followed by a proportion of automated production management communication expansion, where sales email operations are distinguished ready for the incorporation of assured paths of launching digital asset exposure margins, simplifying production transfer conversations, remote scheduling separation of intelligent email links, are tools found by incorporating a recommended digital purchasing drive.
The klaviyo system has failures in the provision of special computerized interaction care, where the users with more charge within the company to manage the business movements of the company, so that an error of location of messaging support, commits the software of this platform to not recognize the ip address of the network server incorporated into the devices where this application is downloaded, making a process much less efficient when trying to activate the business part of the company, so that its operation has shortcomings of advanced file sharing and web conferencing grouped.
Klaviyo has provided my company with better intentions of automated commerce, where approaches have been managed for the presentation of professional organizational positions of content, to structure terms of sending campaigns in a customization way, dialing contacts for the design of networks of positioned interaction, decreases in manufacturing time of customer service, use of coordinates of successful commercial use, operation of financing operational costs of professional marketing, a computerized relationship monitoring statistical reference of economic performance is developed with the capacity of attention of intuitive support of this programming.
I love the drip flows on Klaviyo, and how seamless this is. Before working on this platform we were primarily utilizing mailchimp, and I think Klaviyo blows it out of the water.
I think at the core the UI can be a bit off, and I would still prefer to using custom templates versus their placeholder tools.
We wanted to expand our automatic drip flows, while still exploring better integrations with our current tech stack. Klaviyo has a fantastic community for that.
Klaviyo allowed us to take our email marketing to the next level. It’s a great tool to set up email marketing campaigns and automated email flows. Their advanced segmentation and analytics tools have been very helpful as well.
My least favorite feature is the html email builder. It doesn’t auto save, and you have to scroll to the top of the page in order to save emails that you are working on. It would be helpful to have a floating “save” button or an auto-save feature to avoid situations in which you forget to save and lose all progress on your email html.
Klaviyo gives us more freedom to customize our emails and build out beautiful email templates.
Klaviyo is a robust email platform that helps to manage campaign & automation email campaigns.
The only thing I dislike about the platform is the ability to create a campaign right from a template. You have to back out of templates and start the campaign only under "campaign" tab.
Klaviyo has helped optimize our email strategy by improving our automation flows.
How easy it is to automate email personalization with flows.
Permission settings aren't strong enough. We want our marketing specialists to be data-driven without giving them access to everything. I want them to be able to access the dashboard (aggregated campaign data), but not necessarily everything within the individual profiles. I also want to be able to use "tags" in more of the reporting & analytics features.
We're making our email process more efficient. And, the best thing, is that it's helping us be more data-driven in our decision-making.
I like the fact that Klaviyo lets you dynamically tag emails for better readouts on metrics for our marketing efforts. Being able to sort and filter by these metrics have saved a ton of hours and have put us ahead of schedule with our productivity.
MY only dislike is that I didn't really have a full scope of how Klaviyo could help companies - this is why I've had such a good time at the conference! It was great to hear other success stories and leave with some new ideas to implement back at the office.
We have made our email flows more efficient with the dynamic tagging option - this saved a ton of time and allowed to focus on other aspects of outreach that were falling behind.
Intuitive, user-friendly, speedy. I also love the education/customer support surrounding it.
Small, buggy things; getting booted out of a shell creation before the copy is inputting, or the way bullet points render in the body of an email (with too much space). Again, small stuff.
We're really learning a lot more about segmenting and personalized sends, which will really improve how we cater offers to folks. We've done a lot of SL testing that has provided interesting tidbits galore.
My focus has been primarily product based, but I have stepped in recently to optimize our customer retention ans acquisition strategy. Klaviyo has supercharged the transition with an extremely user friendly and data driven tool. Segmentation and on line behavior have been particularly helpful.
Lack of reporting tools requires data exports into external BI tools.
The ability to deliver the right content to the right customer.
