I wish I could select a different variant rather than the primary image when I add products from the catalog to my emails. And I wish I could crop them.
Integration with Shopify. Automations.
It integrates very well with Shopify, and allows us to create custom segments to target people specifically.
It's not the cheapest product on the market, but it's the best.
It allows us to contact customers via email & SMS, and not have to utilize social media channels. Ultimately, we want to create a deep relationship with our customers, and Klaviyo allows us to do so.

Klaviyo makes it so easy to email our customers. With segmentation and great templates. so many positive features.
I've used dozens of ESPs in my career and what I've learned is that the most important thing is that the philosophy underpinning the software fits the usage. At this moment, Klaviyo is the only ESP on the market that was made to intuitively fit the way DTC eCom marketers need to speak to their customers. It's an excellent platform for th purpose, giving you a ton of options for automation, HTML email building, SMS marketing, and reporting. It simply plugs into the way a DTC marketer thinks and acts as an extension of the brain. Klaviyo is basically my digital right arm.
It doesn't have great CRM/lead management capabilities. If you're a B2B company, Klaviyo's gonna be difficult to use. It wasn't made for that process. (I'd rec Hubspot for that personally. To my mind, Hubspot is the B2B Klaviyo.) I will say that I wish it had more robust reporting features for contacts, but it's only something I miss on my biggest clients. Until you're driving at least $10M/annually, you're not gonna need the kind of granular reporting that Klaviyo is missing.

How effective it is at driving revenue for shopify stores. Integration is typically very easy. Support is super and responsive. It's easy to pick up fast and get decent results.
Not necessarily Klaviyo. But I like some of the email practises like warming up an account. A few of the buttons when integrating are annoying like having to tick allow emails or set-up viewed product tracking. Nothing minor though.
Email marketing (and now SMS) for e-commerce brands. A specific emphasis on Shopify. The huge benefit is it drives a large amount of bottom line revenue
I appreciate how integrated Klaviyo is with Shopify. Everything we need in terms of email marketing and analytics is all in one place. We will start using SMS marketing too soon and I'm excited for that.
I haven't run into any issues with Klaviyo. I guess if I had to give one piece of feedback it would be for segments to load faster and be updated more efficiently but I'm patient.
Klaviyo is our digital marketing all in one place. Setting up funnels for email marketing has been a huge asset for us. We easily make our money back each month from that alone.

CRM tool for ecommrece brands. The ability to re-engage with traffic that lands into your site, via email/SMS.
Intuitive interface, good customer support, tons of tutorials, flows.
Nothing special, price can be lowe but it is anyway justified with ROI.
We are using Klaviyo to stay in touch with our users and to turn would-be customers to buyers with abandoned cart emails etc
That it is a ver friendly tool and you don't need to have tech skills to improve at it, the flows are as segmented as you like.
The price, I think it is a little bit expensive for startups
That with klaviyo it is possible to have a super segmented strategy wich at the end works towards having more conversions and a better engagement with the community

Klaviyo is providing a powerful email solution with easy to see results that makes email empowering as a marketing tool.
The customizability of each and every messaging. It's quite impressive how klaviyo manages to capture data about customers and convert it into valuable insights and properties we can then use to retarget people.
There are some features which are lacking and could be helpful for an easier and more efficient workflow (like cloning segments and their conditions for example) but it isn't anything major for sure. Some bugs here and there in the drag and drop builder too but again nothing major
It is one of the beat all-in-one solutions to retargeting people that I know of. It's really efficient to pursue them through both email and SMS at different parts of the customer journey
I love being able to see all of the campaigns in one place and reporting information. I also love how it integrates seemlessly with Facebook.
I think, because Klaviyo has so much to offer and is more robust than many other platforms like it, the ease of use is not as good, because you have more to navigate through.
We are able to do automated email campaigns and also run middle of funnel and bottom of funnel ad campaigns so easily because of Klaviyo. It's how we get most of our sales, so we really love it!

Klaviyo segments your email list to get the most engagement from each email.
Klaviyo is packed with features and their support is really good. Compared to MailChimp, Klaviyo smokes MailChimp in pretty much everything but Magento integration which Klaviyo has said they are working to better. Klaviyos sign up forms are highly customizable and their automations are really in depth. You could spend days just setting up automations. Overall I highly recommend Klaviyo and their extremely helpful support team. Support businesses that support your business, like Klaviyo.
My only complaint is that Klaviyo doesn't, as of yet, integrate with native Magento subscribers list. It's a headscratcher, but they have assured me they are working to correct this important issue. I'm really anxious to get that updated asap. That was the only important feature I really miss when I moved from MailChimp.
They really have done a great job with educational content and tutorials. They also have helpful web seminars often.
