It has got plugins for whatever you name. Excell commands work, whatelse is required.
Loading takes some time. It makes many pauses.
We wanted to see the workflow in our institute. We could do that to some extend.
Once setup correctly, very efficient, reliable and flexible.
A bit of a hassle to setup as it is not so intuitive. Some missing options, such as changing the date format (currently imposed by web browser locale settings).
We use KiSSFLOW as a part of our sale process.
its not bad for approval process , but not very good for another parts of documents
PDF is completely upside down, normally we have to do everything again on word to correct
just the approval stage

Usually very slow, most of the time you need to refresh the page quite a few times in order to edit/submit your form. Tablet version has no access to shared reports which is a major issue

Not supporting Arabic 100%, no option to use Hijra calendar, technical support takes long time to solves problems, limited reports, not allowing user to use sample JavaScript code or so.

It does the job re: task management and doesn't crash very often.
Up until now - there wasn't a board workflow. The tagging features bug out. I can't change my surnam without the system stopping me. No out of option feature.
