The fact that it handles everything for all my courses in one place. I put out courses pretty frequently (maybe once every 3 months or so) and use VAs for most of the admin work, and it’s so much easier to give them access and train them on one tool than it is to do it on 5 different ones.
The email builder could definitely do with some improvement. I definitely feel like if it had more capabilities, I’d use it, but I’m pretty comfortable with the simple designs too.
Using Kajabi, I’m able to outsource a lot more of the work, which probably saves me at least 30% of the time I’ve spent on creating courses and teaching people. Def worth it. Perfect if you’re managing multiple courses and just need one place to go for everything.I tried using other software but got lost in the wide variety of things and mess created there and the unpleasant user experience that was created for me…
Using Kajabi, I was able to create a website for my fitness program.Kajabi gave me the tools I needed to get everything up and running, including automated email campaigns, and an interactive discussion board for my members. Now I can offer online courses directly on my site, give fitness quizzes, and provide my clients with a full fitness assessment directly through the system.
The one thing Kajabi is missing is a way to add gamification to the program. The “certificates” that I can give people who complete my courses are cool, but I’d love to be able to encourage my members with a little more incentive like badges, scoring, and trophies.
Everything! I couldn’t even start thinking about getting a website up and running for my online fitness classes, but Kajabi made it easy enough. The biggest benefit was the video uploading and hosting.
It is user-friendly and a great tool for doing business such as online teachings and etc. It has a great maneuver for doing projects or courses, has an easy add/remove people and also it has easy access to do assessments.
We have not yet encountered any since we moved to kajabi.
We had switched from adobe captive prime to kajabi which had given us a more ease of process. It has less hassle and less complications.
Kajabi helped me get a fully-functional membership website up faster than I ever would have imagined. I’m not much of a techie, but I was able to build a great site that my clients are impressed with and enjoy using. The interactive system also makes it easy to bring in new subscription members and interact with current ones.
Currently, Kajabi only integrates with PayPal and Stripe for payments. But if you work with international customers, you really need more options than that. Kajabi would do well to include more options.
Aside from giving myself an online presence where I can sell my services, something I never had before, Kajabi allowed me to manage my own leads and customers, and make follow-up more efficient with tools like email list segments with tags.
Kajabi came at the perfect time. We were trying to build our own site for our online course/membership using a Wordpress plugin...and it was a nightmare. Taking forever and started feeling like we weren't delivering as best we could be so we joined Kajabi. Best decision. Our content looks beautiful and professional and our students really have enjoyed how easy to use it is.
While it claims to be a service that let's you do it all, there are significant limitations with their emails for example. They might have the ability to do a lot but not all of it is done to the depth you'd want or need as a business owner.
Course and membership content hosting
Kajabi is extremely user-friendly! I love that clients can put comments as they go through online programs and that I can respond to them instead of having a separate community interaction program.
I haven't found anything I dislike about Kajabi yet
I haven't had any problems yet. Benefits I have realized are how easy it is to assemble an online program in Kajabi. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to suse.
- So i have been creating and automating in kajabi for course creators, its been 2 years now its very easy to use. - I love the UI/UX of kajabi - The only tool i use to host courses for my clients - Its very user-friendly and can easily integrate payments processes - Customer support is very good
- Its little costly,i would say by this price please extend the days of trial to 30 - Landing page builder need to improve - Hard to setup dynamic email sequences
I use kajabi for my clients for CRM,landing pages, courses, marketing automations and integrations.
I like the functionalities Kajabi offers for end-to-end course content creation. I have used Kajabi to develop my course pack, and the result has been exceptional and professional. The feedback I received from the users has been excellent.
The timeout of the website is small, and I have to refresh the content every time there is a timeout. This becomes irritating, especially if the course content is enormous. The timeout should be increased so that the user experience is seamless.
I have used Kajabi to develop a complete training course for the end-users. Kajabi provided the platform needed to create the course content from scratch, and it has delivered exceedingly well then what was expected from it.
It was easy to manuever. Videos and other written documents for download worked well.
It wasn't always easy to get back to the main page where the content was. Even after saving as an internet favorite, I still had to do several more click throughs.
It was a great tool to use for a universal and international training platform.
The recording is simple and the output is consistent. There are options to include an mp3 of your content as well as transcript and downloads.
Ability to skip back and forth 15sec on the video
Automated course delivery, slow release classes
it's really easy to create landing pages and integrate it into an existing site. it's very helpful for getting projects done without a web/development team needing to be involved every step. it's allowed us to test numerous pages and get results quick. the customer service is also pretty solid.
the variety of templates can be a bit limited at times. also could be easier to integrate with third party add-on tools. the email automation is also a bit limited at the moment. there have also been infrequent outages which are always concerning.
being able to build new landing pages independent of development teams being involved. also helpful to automating a lot of tasks that would otherwise be too segmented. they also seem to be rolling out new features on a regular basis.
It is very easy to use. I have no IT experience and I am able to understand and set up everything. Our customers love the way it looks and its ease of use.
I wish it had a more robust customer support side like Zendesk, Keeping track on comments from customers is not always easy
Content delivery for a course that our compant offers. Beneifts - happy customers and reduced stress by team
Kajabi keeps adding features, has lots of templates, funnels, email automation, and collects payments. It's a great all in one solution.
Kajabi doesn't support third-party services such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, which require uploading folders and code to the website.
Kajabi is great for online courses. The whole process from building the sales pitch, landing pages, funnels, sending emails, etc.
I really like how simple it is to use this platform, and how helpful the support team is when you need extra help.
The price range is a bit high, to be honest.
Ah, quite a few!! With Kajabi, you have a platform to organize and communicate with your audience via email, create a membership, coach your students, etc. etc.
The ease of building landing pages and courses, with an ability to create bundles.
The pricing and email deliverability. The page builders can be a bit restrictive.
I am creating courses and products for clients, including a membership...Kajabi is a great stable easy to use solution.
It's a great fit for our online courses and coaching programs. Creating a course is very intuitive, managing offers is a cinch, and it has a user-friendly checkout process that integrates nicely with Stripe (our payment processor). Their easy-to-use landing page builder has come a long way and is suitable for most of our landing pages. Their Google Analytics eCommerce integration solves a big problem we had with previous tools. Their support is excellent.
Well, we don't run our front-end website on Kajabi, even though that's possible because WordPress has so much more functionality and flexibility - especially for SEO purposes. We don't use the built-in Email Marketing features. We have more sophisticated needs which require a tool such as ConvertKit, Drip, and other marketing automation tools. I don't like that we can't export customers and see all offers they purchased. It shows the products they have access to, but an offer can contain multiple products. There was a bit of a learning curve at first because of their naming conventions. Lastly, I wish it were easier to sell physical products in addition to our digital offers.
We reduced our marketing tech stack with Kajabi because it handles our course creation, secure membership area, checkout process, affiliate management and integrates reasonably well with our marketing automation tool (currently Drip). We reduced friction in our checkout process, which gave us a lift in sales.
My main profit stream is an online course and after researching for HOURS, I decided to go with Kajabi. The functionality is easy and the design is oh-so-professional. I've been able to make my course just as I like it and students often compliment on how easy it is to use.
With the EXCEPTION of courses, Kajabi is sort of a "jack of all trades, master of nothing." Even though they offer landing pages, websites, cart, and email, I pay for those elsewhere at those services are subpar (in my opinion). I did recently release a podcast through Kajabi and while it has NO bells and whistles, it is functional.
I've been able to offer a great user experience that is fairly seamless.
