Doing so will make it convenient to receive meeting reminders even when your GoTo app isn't running in the background. You can have up to 150 participants per meeting, with access to features such as high-definition video, screen-sharing, instant messaging, private rooms, hand-raising, creating breakout rooms, cloud recording, audio transcription, notes manager, etc. Besides discussions, GoTo Meeting can seamlessly integrate with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office to make collaborating and work management easier. GoTo Meeting is excellent for having presentation sessions, where individual slides can be converted into a PDF page and shared quickly among participants.

GoTo Meeting, although excellent, isn't cheap and can be expensive for smaller businesses to make the most out of their investment.

GoTo Meeting is excellent for organizing daily meetings and is reliable as a workspace. Screen-sharing, sending files, and working together are seamless. The quality is fantastic when traveling for business or conferencing with overseas associates. GoTo Meeting allows us to have personal rooms that can be recycled for multiple meetings, reducing the time needed to set up a new conference for each session. The messages we send are stored on the cloud, so chat histories can be viewed when we log into GoTo Meeting on another device, such as a mobile phone. We use GoTo Meeting for presentations when holding meetings with clients because it allows them to take a snapshot of a slide in PDF format seamlessly when needed. GoTo Meeting also has a drawing tool, where you can use a pen to make highlights on documents or underscore important parts. Anything drawn using the drawing tool can be saved as a snapshot for future use.

We used it to do interviews at one point and I found it easy to navigate, never an issue with it crashing/ voice and sound worked fantastically, Some programs we used would crash or boot us mid interview

Honestly, I have no complaints I liked using got to meet, I have never had an issue scheduling or with my calls on go to meeting. if the camera is on it may lag a bit but that also could be my internet

We used it at our previous company when interviewing candidate, I loved the ease of access and the fact it did not crash / which is huge as you do not look very professional if you are constantly getting booted from your interviews

How easy it is to launch! Sometimes it can be intimidating to use another virtual meeting software, but it's so easy to launch a call and jump in with just a few clicks!

The software looks a bit antiquated in terms of the user experience. I think it would be advantageous to update the platform to be more competitive with other platforms.

Being able to attend and host virtual events with large groups of people. Having the option to just stream a live event is also very helpful so that the attendees are just able to listen instead of being on camera

What we like most about GoTo Meeting is that it is an easy-to-use platform since you don't need any special training to put it into practice. It has a good audio and video level, allowing fluid communication during meetings. It allows recording the sessions, being this one of the things we like the most about the platform since that way, if someone can not attend the conference, it can be sent and so does not miss any important point that can be discussed at the meeting. It is a platform that provides a quality mobile platform service that allows you to attend any meeting from anywhere you are.

Sincerely that the platform's server requires a good download speed because if you have any inconvenience or internet downtime, it freezes entirely for a while. Therefore, verify that you have a good internet connection to avoid this inconvenience.

GoTo Meeting has guaranteed us, since its inception, a good flow and level of communication throughout my company, regardless of where they may be located physically. Any of the participants attended the meeting. This benefited us greatly since some of our organization's staff members are travelers. We had GoTo, and it was a big problem every time one of these people had to attend a meeting.

The meetings go uninterrupted and I can actually communicate to the team members without halting the overall agenda of the meeting. I can change video/speech settings at any time. It's also easy to sign up for the meeting

The pricing is very high. Sometimes there is audio/video lagging as well

There was nothing that i disliked. However, I faced a little difficulty understanding controls. Apart from that, I see no other major issues.There should have been some tour of the tool video so that people don't face such kind of issues in the future.

For me, the experience has been better than Zoom. It helps me to easily join meetings at a go unlike zoom there is so much background process. I'm so familiar with it now that I recommended my office to use it and they may consider it sometime soon. No session time-out issues. I don't have to monitor it or be afraid of whether there will be any technical issues or glitches. This itself is such a relief.

The secure platform always opens the way for files to be shared seamlessly. You can take collaboration a step further with screen-sharing, an immaculate feature that can be done by multiple users simultaneously. If the meeting has important conversation topics that need to be readdressed or made notes of, you can record it. GoTo Meeting stores all meeting videos in the cloud for up to 365 days. You can also share these videos in meetings as long as they're under 5GB.

GoTo Meeting is exceptional for my usage, and I don't dislike anything specific about it. It's a scalable video conferencing platform that anyone can use anywhere.

GoTo Meeting promotes collaboration in many ways, including screen-sharing. Multiple participants in a meeting can share their screens simultaneously for everyone to view. Our organization uses this as a tactic to monitor everyone's work and daily tasks when we're working from home to ensure everyone's being productive.

I like the idea of simply sharing the Meeting ID, and it's easy for the joinees to join the meeting. Go To Meeting makes it easier to have meetings, screen sharing, and the it even improves the quality of the audio and video

The only drawback I see is no Captions option like Google Meets. I meet with my client partners across the world and sometimes I find it hard to understand their slang. It would even be helpful if we had captions available on Go To Meeting.

The main advantage of I'm having by using Go TO Meeting is that I do not have to create any links; I can simply share a Meeting ID and ask the other person to join and can start the meeting quickly.

I like that it is very easy to use. It doesn't require someone to be tech savvy or computer savvy in order to use the site. You simply go to website, input your specific code and you are joined with that particular scheduled meeting which then allows you to screen share what you are working on. It is very beneficial when you need tech support and don't know how to fix any problems you are encountering.

The down side to GoToMeeting is that there is one person who controls the meeting or is the "admin" of the meeting. The persons or person who is invited to the meeting can't change anything or control the meeting. They are just sitting there watching the person who has invited them to the meeting to screen share.

GoTo Meeting is very beneficial for tech support and screen sharing. I use it all the time when one of my management systems I use for work needs tech support. The agent just invites me to the meeting, we log in, and now the tech is able to see what screen I am looking at and able to basically tap into my computer to fix it remotely. It definitely helps to increase work productivity in the aspect of not having to wait for a tech to physically arrive to repair your computer, websites, and apps used, they just can log in fix the problem and your on your way.
