Easy to use and all time connected in my mobile, always will be reached and changes are very easy to apply
It is some little administrative issues, like we don't know the direct lines in the invoice; customers appreciate this information.
Access Goto Connect team is easy, and they have always had the aptitude to attend and try to solve the problems as fast as they can, i have used several times with high customer satisfaction.
It's inexpensive and fairly easy to use.
Support was a bit of a stumble at first but it has gotten much better.

We replaced our Vonage account with GoTo and saved over 60%. The administration tools are excellent, with a very easy-to-use phone mapping tool for voicemail.
THe various tools and functions they offer, like mobile apps and conferencing tools, are hidden in the admin interface and must be manually searched for and added to the account.
Business communication
The system is easy to understand and relatively easy to use. I also enjoy that improvements are continually happening and the goal is to make things better for the end user.
I am missing Some features in the client from our old on-premise phone system. The ability to see who is on a call and who the person is talking to was beneficial for me, especially in an environment where we work remotely.
I enjoy how GoTo updates the client. It's nice to see improvements for things lacking when I first started using it. They appear to listen to the end users and implement something based on the feedback. That's a nice change from what I am used to.
I was pleasantly surprised at how flexible and complete the system is and able to be self managed. The help videos are comprehensive and the staff very patient when you finally get through to them.
It is always difficult to find the link to connect to instant chat with the staff. It needs to be clearer when we need individual attention.

I cannot say for sure but I think it might be hard to get a person to help if you have a major issue. Also, it can be difficult to add users. Seems like they dont "stick" the first time; in my limited experience.
Call forwarding was key during Covid shutdowns and pivotal for us in the insurance dept as we use our office phones for almost all communications between us and our customers.
They have very good Customer Service people, who stay with you until your problem is fixed.
Mainly have to do it online, with guidance, but it is a total online experience.

I love the flexibility that GoTo offers me. I can make almost any change to my phone configuration imaginable through the easy-to-use admin portal. Having the ability to make changes to my phone system on the fly without contacting an outside phone administrator has been a significant benefit over my previous provider.
My least favorite thing about GoTo is the fact that I cannot have more than one extension active at a time on the Softphone app. I want to see GoTo change this and offer similar functionality to an IP desk phone, where you can have calls ring in on multiple extensions.
In this age of worker turnover and the popularity of working from anywhere, the ability to make changes to a phone system on the fly and work across platforms is more needed than ever. GoTo Connect has given me the flexibility and ease of use I was looking for in a phone system.
We've been with Jive, now part of GoTo Connect for years. I've seen so many innovations and features added that have just revolutionized the way we use the product. With how customizable the options are, GoTo Connect can seriously provide solutions for nearly any businesses needs no matter the size or requirements of that organization.
Over the years, they've really improved their customer communication, but sometimes it is still difficult to get your specific problem addressed fully. They're great at following up, but if you don't have someone well versed in voip systems managing it from your end, it's a little difficult to get a detailed foundational walk through of the many functionalities offered in a way that anyone can understand. They do have a great library of tutorials, but sometimes that just doesn't quite fit your needs.
As we've grown, it's become difficult to manage productivity and quality control within our call centers. GoTo Connect has some really great solutions for monitoring calls both in quantity and quality and has allowed us to pull reports that we had to manually compile in the past.
Compared to many other systems we have used, the onboarding information needed, time to implement and user learning curve is some of the best we have experienced
I wish we had the ability to view faxes within the GoTo desktop or online portal, rather we need to access via the email forwarded (which is awesome btw) or via the mobile app, otherwise, you are limited to view faxes within the system
VoIP, texting and intelligent phone system automation for our workflow. We have the ability of queues of our texts for specific groups to utilize, we can audit and track all of the elements as well.
Flexibility - can use softphone on any of my devices from anywhere. From the Admin portal, setup of dialplans, call queues, ring groups, etc is very easy and intuitive especially compared to other VoIP platforms that I work with. The customer support is also very good.
We have had issues with the softphone app. Refreshing the app (sing out, exit and relaunch) once a day seems to help. We have had a couple of outages; in fact, there was one just yesterday where incoming calls were not working for most of the afternoon.
Flexibilty allows the app to be used from anywhere. We have people working out of multiple different countries (some in office some working from home). No additional physical hardware required.

I appreciate the simplicity of using GoToConnect. Setting up an auto-attendant and making/receiving calls is straightforward. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to set up a fax line. Additionally, among the cloud phone systems I researched, GoToConnect provides the best value for your money.
The current version of the windows app is not very reliable and frequently causes issues. I am hoping that the company improves it as I enjoy using it when it functions properly. I appreciate the ability to request new features directly from the app, however, it can be frustrating when a feature is added and removed frequently.
We used to have an on-premise phone system for a long time, which caused a lot of frustration. However, we have now switched to a more stable and efficient cloud-based phone system. Before, when something broke down, we would have to wait until parts were available. But now, with the cloud-based system, it is not our responsibility anymore. Additionally, the new provider also gave us updated desk phones which has modern features that were not possible with our previous system and we are very pleased with the upgrade.
What is most helpful and the best feature is having the ability to take my office phone calls from my cell phone and the ability to never miss calls even when I step out of the office. Another feature I found amazing was the ability to set my voicemail from the app. I was on vacation already and forgot to change my voicemail, but I was able to do so remotely.
I have found that the app favorites and business contacts do not communicate with the desktop phone. It would be super helpful if whatever "speed dials" were saved on the desktop phone would also transmit to the app for quick calls.
I will be obtaining a new number with the new feature of choosing what phone number you are calling from. This was a big problem I was running into, mostly for privacy reasons of calling clients, but GoTo changed that.
The software automatically pre-programs the contact number for calling, which allows you to make calls or conference calls to anyone. The software is easy to use and can be accessed from mobile phones any time. The rings can be answered or received at any desk from any device. The software also keeps the data and information of the calls and generates reports.
Some of our clients had issues while connecting to us through phone calls. Also, the audio quality during a call drops due to server down issues, and sometimes even it is not easy to set up the high quality of audio again.
Communications with our clients and with our team members has improved with this software. Increased our connections with other organizations and managers. Also the software has really helped us in managing all data and calling information online.
HAving the freedom to log in to our reservation system from my cell. Makes moving from location to location a breeze! We never have to miss a call.

There is no voice command calling feature introduced till now in this software; it should be done quickly to improve the software more. The connection during phone calls is patchy several times.
The software has saved us from leaking our company's personal contact information from other fraudulent organization. Being able to arrange and schedule online meetings, conferences and all easily.
