This product is pretty straight forward and user friendly.
It takes a little longer to load than I think it should.
It helps me to make my calls and do warm transfers to my teammates.

The big problem we face is if you have to transfer a call to another extension, you cannot put it on hold and pick up the call at the other extension

We wanted a user friendly VOIP system that would connect all of our business together under one roof.
I like the ability to have a castable wallboard to show the current status of our phone queue. Being able to have the team see who is logged in and who is currently on a call is very helpful.
I wish the Wallboard feature gave you more visibility into the Agent's performance. For example, there's not currently any widgets that will show how many calls a specific agent has taken. It lets you see your queues total call count, but it doesn't break that down to the individual.
It is giving us the ability to manage phone queues for multiple departments and track the phone call performance to use in our quality and customer service training.
I like the design on the application. Where the buttons are and what they do is easy to figure out.
Not easy to block numbers. Using just the softphone is also not easy to setup. Very limited knowledge base.
Honestly I would rather not have a desk phone. Just a softphone.

I don't like how the voicemails once listened to do no automatically say they have been listened to you have to go back and check them off.

Visibility, caller ID, keeps you connected. I love the ability to be mobile and have the app on my phone and know who is calling and when. I also like the ability to receive emails of transcribed voice messages.

I can't emphasize enough how important GoTo Connect has been for me in staying in touch with my colleagues. It's one of the best software platforms I've come across and has helped me immensely with my work. I can stay in touch with my office easily and share essential files without trouble.
Although GoTo Connect has its flaws, such as the occasional call-off or bug/error, I find that its features outweigh its downfalls. In particular, I love how it has software to handle organization for meetings. This has been a lifesaver for me in terms of keeping everything in one place and avoiding any potential issues that could pop up.
