Cost-effective prices that has made it easy to upgrade and bring the benefits of video meetings across offices BlueJeans has made communication easy and simple since it supports reliable multi-party events livestreaming Has ability to adapt to changing network conditions supporting multiple meetings sequentially
Had difficulties using it for the first time on my laptop but I alternatively used the mobile version
Removed barriers between video conferencing systems, platforms and devices Easy adoption allowing employees from remote offices to meet face to face through video enabled device Managers and employees connect for meetings without requiring room reservation
We operate in the food manufacturing business and are invariably required to connect with our global customers via virtual meetings/ online events on an ongoing basis. We use it across the organization for organizing, scheduling, and hosting meetings with our clients, stakeholders, and team members. It allows us to connect with our counterparts in real time and makes it much easier for us to communicate and share our files/ documents.
I wish BlueJeans should allow more options for editing the videos. Also, pricing is a significant downside of this software. The cost is comparatively higher as compared to the services offered.
The video and audio quality of BlueJeans virtual sessions is par excellence. We hardly face any interruptions, and also it makes it much easier to induct a new guest into the meeting. He can join the session with the single click of a nearby device. With BlueJeans, we can now conduct our client interactions/ confidential meetings in a more safe and conducive environment. Further, the mobile UI of this software is excellent and gives us a seamless experience altogether.
Many virtual event solutions are available, but BlueJeans has raised the bar with care and a robust infrastructure. The performance is more significant; it allows an incredible audience and a large number of speakers. Features are many, from music on hold between lectures to high-quality streaming.
The only thing I don't like is the individual room cost per year for Microsoft Teams integration. Still, the prices are compatible with its competitors, and the quality is much higher.
We get better connections at significant events, with many audiences and a lot of speakers. The control and organization of the event also improved significantly.
The sound quality and stability even with events with lot's of people. Integration with other tools like slack and google calendar that make alerts very easy so it's very hard to miss a meeting. The events work really well. The quality of sound is very good. It supports lot's of people at the same time. It has been a great tool to keep communication flowing while pandemic happens. With this tool that we already used a lot we were able to move from the office to home with no disruption at all from one day to the other.
it could have a way to share questions and get people to speak when the moderator gives permission. I would like to see more than 9 people like Zoom allows to. I would like to be be able to split rooms in several so we can easily support workshops and still be able to keep chat between the different rooms.
Bluejeans helps a lot of communication in big corporations. It's easy and simple to have big distributed teams having live broadcast events. It cuts travelling costs and makes communication easy and clear to everyone. It cuts travelling costs and makes communication easy and clear to everyone. In this pandemic environment is even more important to a have a tool like this that is easy to use and always available.
It is so simple to use, you just connect to an Internet browser and go even if you have never used video conferencing before as long as you have a Web camera
You may experience some technical issues when the internet connection is poor, therefore it is recommended to have a great internet connection at all times
The executive team is able to travel anywhere around the world and be able to do a video conference. As we hoped for from the start, certainly cost savings and also benefited from additional collaboration
It integrates well with other third party tools, so organizing and managing an event is smooth and seamless. The UI is user friendly Decent audio and video quality It scales pretty well and is better than many other solutions in the market
Since it is not widely used , a lot of times many attendees struggle with using the tool. It's a slow platform , becomes unresponsive during meetings and there is video or audio lag sometimes. It lacks a lot of customizable features present in other meeting platforms.
Blue jeans is used by our Marketing and Sales department for hosting customer meetings, webinars , workshops etc . The major reason for selecting Bluejeans was the pricing as compared to its competitors. It's not the best meeting solution but has decent features and functionalities for screen sharing , host controls , audience analytics , recording, scalability, survey, polls etc.
An easy platform to navigate if you have used bluejeans before looks like a very professional event Would be fantastic if it was integrated with the main BlueJeans meeting platform., that would add a lot of value to people's use and get them to utilise the correct product as opposed to just having large meetings on BlueJeans meetings
would be great to have the captions option to increase accessibility for people with hearing impairments Not always evident if the participants cal already see you or not Didn't know bluejeans primetime changed the name to bluejeans events, this wasn't well publicised Maybe should assist hosts in setting up their environment to look more professional Not everyone in my organisation has access to Bluejeans events and the capacity of bluejeans meetings is not large I don't think enough people are aware of the existence of this product, hence why a lot of large meetings turn into everyone listening to someone typing. more marketing is required and a better integration with the main bluejeans to draw people to use "events". The black and red background (on the screenshot) that is being used by GSMA should have been advises against by the Bluejeans set-up team as "un-inviting"
host larger organisation-wide meetings host group meditations in the organisation host lunch and learn drop-ins host webinars with external partners organise small events organise publication launches
Connections with Slack and Gmail make it easy to schedule meetings or set one up spontaneously. You can screen share a specific app to avoid awkward meetings showing that Youtube video you were watching :)
Usually, opening a Bluejeans meeting is seamless. However I have noticed that it requires you to log in (for myself multiple times) after an update.
Bluejeans events allow for more of a presentation style feel than regular meetings where everybody can be on camera. The Q&A section giving users the ability to upvote questions is a nice touch.
