"The best CRM & ATS out there?"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

The software is really easy to start working in.I really like the integration with Linkedin and Crome. So easy to get candidates into the CRM. The team at Recruit CRM are developing the software in a incredible speed. New functions coming all the time, and now AI has entered the software which is great. This software is also priced right. Value for money. Good support form the team if you ever have any question. The best CRM & ATS we have tried so far, and we have tried a few. We ues it dayly in our work. My best recommendation.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

There is nothing I dislike about the software, but for our small business, we do not take full advantage of all the features of the software. And if I had to put my finger on anything, it would be the graphical design.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruit CRM & ATS is helping us keep track of all the candidates we work with. It enables us to work togeter on projects and keep good communication in the team.

"Finally found a smart and reliable ATS"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

It is just a very well planned and designed ATS. You can see that it has features that were missing in other ATSes that we used before. It is intuitive and the RecruitCRM team is always there in case of any issues. They are also listening to customer feedback - I saw our product improvement points implemented in the roadmap and then included in the tool after I reported them to the team.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

Of course, there are a couple of glitches, but they are not critical. It is more about UX and speed of using RecruitCRM. Sometimes you have to refresh the page for the changes to get implemented. But I reported all feedback points gathered from our company to RecruitCRM and hopefully they will be fixed soon.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Of course, it helps us with our recruitment work. More specifically, it helped us coordinate our internal work, facilitated flow of information across our recruiters, fastened the way of working with our clients and helped our management have better visibility over what all recruiters are doing.

"Great native features and many ways of customization"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

Native features are great and principal objects are quite custmizable (candidates, jobs) A lot of engagement features allow good collaboration. API is a game changer for automations.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

Data vizualisation could be better. Also an access to Hiring stage table would be great

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of time is gained by the teams using the product and they can focus on added value tasks. The tool allows a great collaboration between Talent Managers and Account managers.

"Excellent Customer Service + Functions + Price "
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

I like the fact they are updating it quite regularly and it keeps getting better and better. I also love the fact the owner and other people in the office have personally spoken to me about the product and the new functions coming out. It's great because I to am a new business owner, and it's great to use a product with like-minded people!

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

Least like would be that there are possibly 2 ways to do one task, which makes it hard for me to recall how to do something. At the end of the day, I have realized its because there are normally more than one routes to take to an end destination! It is not a deterrent in my day-to-day use of it.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I first came across it in a Facebook Recruitment Group, the individual I spoke with asked if I wanted to get on a call to discuss the product. I said yes and was pleasantly surprised. The people who work for the company make it all that much better for me to use the product and overall I have been able to fill a role with using it. My clients also likes to use it to review candidates as well. Overall, I would 100% recommend. Also seeing what's to come in the coming months really makes me happy because it keeps getting better and better!!!!

"Feels like 'next gen'..."
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

As a recruitment business trying to do something a little different, we also wanted to take this approach when considering our own tech stack. As a result, we wanted to go a CRM that was modern, rather than the 'old-school' options available that are lagging behind the times. The support team at RecruitCRM are great, and the system is consistently receiving improvements. I've often used the live-chat support, and Sahil and Deeksha have always been happy to jump onto a Google Meet with me to help.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

There is nothing that I dislike about the CRM. It's clean, easy to use and is continually improving. The only thing I'd like to see is more integrations (not even sure if that's possible though). I.e. Reply.io opt out requests automatically opt contacts out on the CRM too.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's clean, and easy to use with simple data adding options. RecruitCRM has all (and more) functionality than a lot of it's competitors, whilst still being simple to understand and use for new members of the team.

"Good system for a entreprenerial recruitment company"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

The quick and professional support and the way they are open to listen to our needs. Creating features that are valuable for our business needs.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

With some features, I feel it is not a match with our needs, however, we then always find a useful workaround together.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can gather client and candidate information in one place. It helps us to create a pleasant candidate journey as well as keeping track of our clients.

"The most complete ATS system for Agency recruiters on the market"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM?

Recruit CRM takes the demands of recruiters who work in an agency setting and empowers them like no other system on the market. The following set of capabilites have been second to none for our team: Acquisition of new talent: with its software to capture profiles from social media sites and integrate them seamlessly into the talent pool, as well its search to customize lists and skillsets based on ability Recruit CRM has one of the most forward thinking talent search features on the market. Connecting Talent to client needs: through its digitial interface and ability to share and give access to its platform over a digital submission, it scales and provides options to Talent acquisition professionals to showcase their talent to clients. The resourcing options can be changed from bespoke to broadbased access. This changes the ATS system from a tool to a revenue maker. Communication with talent and ability to move talent through stages of application process: Here again Recruit CRM shines. Recruit CRM allows a clear and concise view of applications, the ability to use Kanban provides a clear overview of the application process at hand and the communication methods with candidates especially when your email is tied to the system is extremely efficient. Again you are spoiled for choice and empowered to scale your bench whilst being responsive to the talent which has applied. Their model is constantly being iterated: Whilst some ATS systems provide a set of capabilities and remain static around build outs and changes, Recruit CRM is constantly integrating new customer feedback on a rolling basis. They have constant access to discussions around how to use current tools and will conduct build-outs on an up and down voting system. They have been responsive around every question my team has had. This model is hands down the most impressive feature for me and our team. It is one thing to build a market leading product, it is another to provide such an open and iterative model to make it better.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

The fact that i didnt find out about this product sooner.
