It is a "one stop shop" for this accounting software. It links perfectly with your bank account for reviving payments - and those said payments have a very low transaction % compared to other processing vendors. Invoices can integrate with Outlook and you have a record of every invoice sent.
There is only one glitch my firm has experienced so far and that is it does not always open on multi user mode. Also, QB support was not the best.
Invoicing and keeping a balance and a record of everything. We have also lowered our processing costs with QB.
We can use all our accounts with one product. Its easy to use and easy to train on. Being able to search for PO's and invoices makes life so much easier.
Doesnt integrate with our shopping cart well
We track our inventory process our sales for our advertising. It does everything we need and its easy for our employees to use. It has levels of users so people can't process things they are not trained to do.
QuickBooks is a great accounting software, any person, not necessary from accounting field, can use it. reports are directly generated from the software and it helps a lot.
the user interface of QuickBooks can be improved and many features can be incorporated, like direct filing from the software.
with the help of Quick books software, we at our company generate the report directly from the software and then file the same with respective authorities.
I like the range of options allowed on QB
Support center is not always helpful to go to.
Ensuring customer’s balances are correct, invoicing, bank reconciliations and much more.
Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is easy to use and user friendly. If you make a mistake, it's easily reversible. If you are ever stuck or confused on how to do something, there are multiple tools and resources to use to help without having to call the customer service line. I've used Quickbooks for 5+ years and love it.
The only thing I can complain about is that the search or find bar sometimes does not work. Other than that, I have had no issues using Quickbooks.
We use Quickbooks for everything at work. I am accounts receivable and it's super easy to enter checks, create invoices from PO's or sales orders and to connect a paper trail that I can easily find. I love going to a bill I've entered and hitting "transaction history" and it pulls up the check number I used to pay it. It's very user friendly. We run reports on everything, ex: how many times have we sold this item in the last year. Do a quick report on that item and all the information you need is right there. How many times you sold it, ordered it, and how many are pending on jobs.
What I like best about QuickBooks Enterprise is that it does construction billing which is a beast all it's on, where you make draws and have retainage etc. Also, I love that I can e-file my payroll taxes thru QB Pro.
I would like to be able to have the exact same name in my vendor list as well as my customer list. QB will not let you put the exact same name in both Vendor & Customer lists.
The biggest benefit is our invoicing which in the past was a headache, but with QuickBooks it all easy/smeasy and we also use a paperless software that syncs with QuickBooks which is a total plus.
QuickBooks is very user friendly and easy to navigate
I have not actually experienced a downside because if an issue arises the QuickBooks support team usually helps me resolve my issue
Being able to keep my records all in one place...being able to download or upload files so that everything I need is accessable
Quickbooks is very easy to use due to the many different things you can do on it. Nothing is difficult.
There is not much to dislike about Quickbooks because everything is there when you need it.
Easy to insert and create invoices which is hard to find nowadays.
Has all the capabilities I need to keep our school's finances organized. I love that we can link up with other software (ie. Transaction Pro) to do even more!
When importing excel spreadsheets of transactions, it would help if the system could recognize Vendor names that may be the same (such as 'Busler' and 'Busler Enterprises') and create a pop-up note asking if you'd like to use the existing vendor. (This way it doesn't create a duplicate vendor that has to later be merged in single user mode.)
I love that I can confidently balance our books each month!
I love how simple it is to create customer orders and track previous orders, invoices, and shipments. I can easily run reports tracking all expenses and then export them with a click of a button.
There is nothing that I dislike about this software as I have never had any issues from it.
Quick, easy, simply access to everything you need in one place.
The convenience enables pretty much anybody to effectively explore and work in the product. Regardless of on the off chance that you have a bookkeeping or monetary foundation. This is extraordinary news for entrepreneurs and bookkeeping work force, alike. Without any difficulty of utilization, the preparation assets give by Inuit, and their broad rundown of accessible Pro-Advisers, you will be ready for action and following your business' funds in the blink of an eye. One other viewpoint I like is the capacity tweak the product to git your industry or organization's needs. Custom reports, tweaked graph of records, and so on are only a couple of models how QB sets the standard for little/medium size business bookkeeping programming projects.
The least good part of Quickbooks is the failure to keep old exchanges from back-posting into a shut period. For instance, on the off chance that I void a check or a receipt, I might want to have the option to set a powerful date of today and not the first date of the source record. Enabling this to occurs, will lose bank compromises, it would and could change past period budget report data and could affect your expense obligation also.
The capacity to follow me financials enables me to distinguish my business' income which is vital to keeping my entryways open. Programmed bank feeds are chopping down the time I have to spend doing manual information passage and gives me more opportunity to concentrate on my primary mission of my organization.
I like quickbooks because it helps me record my receivable and payable. It also help to keep track for my payment due. It an awesome software to all finance related things.
There is nothing dislike about quickbooks as I use it daily for my work and its easy, simple and very user friendly.
It helps to make any payment when the payment is due. It also helps to keep track of each income and expense by their categories. I can also dig into past records by entering the keyword. I also use quickbooks to maintain reports for tax purposes as well.
All Accounting aspects included! We do monthly accounting, payroll and quarterly taxes through it
Statement writer to make financial statements. It cannot be redone if there is an error. had
No major issues
I love QBE for its robustness. It does everything an accountant could possibly want in an accounting package. It's easy to use; it's extremely accurate; it's safe; it has a reasonable amount of safety features built-in, but not excessive. QBE is intuitive in that it has built-in reminders of tasks the user and the accountant need to perform.
Intuit does have an online accounting system called QBO, but it does not hold a candle to QBE. I wish the full-blown QBE could be setup as the online version.
I install QBE in small to medium size businesses SMD's to handle all of their accounting needs. As the Accountant I am able to monitor the financial pulse of the business and make recommendations to the business owners/operators as to adjustments/changes they might want to consider to improve things like ROI and profits.
It can gives us a bookkeeping group for our business. I like that it is so natural to utilize, and that a great deal of different virtual products effectively coordinate with it. I additionally preferred the element of keeping up worker time sheets.
There are various eccentricities where it's indistinct how to most effectively play out an errand, for example, money receipts or paying bills.
Running reports, following stock, Handling receipt and different bills, Creating gauges. Accounting, receipts, bank compromises, and fiscal reports likewise separate deals requests and solicitations.
