What I like most about the Evernote is that its way more efficient than others in regards to the note taking or note executing. These is the far best software I had ever came across. Some of its major advantages are: Its price; Yes , you heard me right its totally cheap . It's package cost you around 2 dollars(125INR) So its completely inexpensive. The flexibility is at its best compare to its competitor. It's a great use for a small group of people working in office. There is no mainstream guidelines for using these software as its interface is simple yet engaging. The best feature I would say is the automatic and full page OCR. Cloud service is amazing as it backups your data on the go.
There are also advantages which I would say that should be updated with same old ancient prototypes. To start with: There is a huge risk as the data can be deleted by anyone as there is no blocking of deleting the data. The documents created by us saved as a page/s and not as a individual document, so that is sad. To log out in the app version of the evernote, you have to do manually.
It helped me a lot as the user interface was amazing and some the basic problems solved were the note taking facility with pictures saving too makes it a way more easy of note taking as the paper work nowadays feels a little too old fashioned and also it is tedious. So yaa, it helped me to teach my students how to take notes effectively and to remember the content wisely.
I have been using Evernote within our businesses for in excess of 4+ years, during this period it has been fault free and the tools just keep getting better and better. It allows us to reduce the amount of double entry work, capturing data and information from one platform and seamlessly pushing that data to another platform. There is so much you can achieve with Evernote and the array of tools provided, do be fooled it isn't just a digital notebook. - The software is simple to use, but there are lots of rich features. - Very cost effective (there is even a Free option which allows you to do so much, but if you can pay the small annual fee and reap the benefits) - Robust - never had an outage or issue - Innovation - Evernote are always looking at new tools, partners or making existing processes better - Integration - Integrates well with so many other 3rd parties software platforms. I connect Evernote with LinkedIn, great when you snap business cards and it finds the person on LinkedIn automatically. - Cloud-based but also an off-line version too. Syncs well across all devices.
There is not much that I don't like to be honest, the fact that Evernote is always making things better can sometimes be a small disadvantage as they layout changes or buttons move or react differently, but this is a small price to pay for the amazing tools at your fingertips.
The biggest problem I am solving using Evernote is almost achieving a paperless office. We have reduced the amount of paper, documents and files we hold by over 75%. But the best part is you have all your notes with you wherever you are in the world, easily searchable and shareable to collaborate with others within your team.
Evernote allows me to make my storyboards my way, as I understand it, it works very well on my ipad pro your pencil, many of the scenes I draw when I have inspiration and I create a sequence of frames so that it is not complicated for the people involved in the recording, capturing the scene well, another functionality that is very useful is to be able to combine text with drawing since it helps me to estimate the budget I need for the project by linking costs with arrows.
The file upload limits in the plans are very limited and in the free plan I cannot upload files larger than 60mb.
It is the first app for iOS that I feel adapts very well to the work I do, the vast majority of my notes are visual and I need to consult them during the recording, if for some reason my laptop is downloaded, I can use the ipad or cell phone, I can also receive feedback from the creatives before the recording because I can share the notes and among them they make the annotations per frame, during the recording I review each frame and write down the observations to provide it to the designer who will edit the video.
I was able to organize my job day better when I began using Evernote, I can save significant texts, and I can access them later. For me, I can catalogue all the essential data; the application offers several apps to help me with this service, as well as having a charming design that helps a lot when using it, it's effortless to use. From any platform, smartphones, tablets or notebooks, I can access it. The cost the provider business charges for the instrument is adorable; at the moment of the agreement, they were very available and very flexible in comparison to the conditions submitted.
During the use, the device presented some faults that made us contact the customer support service, we were able to fix all our issues rapidly and satisfactorily, their attendants are very attentive, and they helped us to fix these issues a lot at the time.
We needed a tool to help us organize our working day, as well as help us store important texts and do this service with ease, and for that, we didn't need many jobs. We discovered Evernote, a rapid tool that in just one implementation supplied us with all this service. It's got a very appealing price that made us employ them.
Evernote was once the best note-taking app out there. It was easy to use, available on Windows and Android and had no syncing issues. Both the app and the web interface were easy to use. In it's prime, Evernote was the best note-taking software available and the Premium features were worth the asking price.
Evernote became greedy. Annual costs eventually priced me out. Even before so, keeping a lot of notebooks made the app slow and heavy.
At one point, Evernote allowed me to keep all of my notes in one place.
I love all the various types of information that can be stored and easily viewed in Evernote, and that the app permits complex formatting of entered text. There is even a reminder function and large storage capacity. The fact that it is accessible on multiple devices is also beneficial.
There is almost nothing to dislike! Some integration with other software would be a plus, such as Outlook. Sub-folder structures would also be a great addition.
Instead of utilizing costly specialty client management software I can use this more cost-effective method of managing my clients and their cases. I can create a Notebook for each client and include all of their client information, case information, attach documents, and set reminders. I can even choose to provide access to clients for specific information. It is easy to use on the go from my iPad and Android phone, as well as in the office on my desktop.
I have a hyperactive entrepreneurial type of mind and I am also a "recovering" accountant. I am currently creating a Communiication that will put homeowners/buyers and wannabe homeowners/buyers in charge of their transaction fees concerning a Real Estate transaction -- especially Real Estate Commissions! EVERNOTE allows me to input any date that I feel is now or might be critical to this process including huge system downloads that I no longer need to keep hard copies of >>> "I love you man"
It is sometimes difficult to figure out how to use some of the many, many, many features. Like taking actual pictures of stuff --- I am a long time droid and microsoft user (color that Google).
Locating stuff that I have saved that used to be in profuse piles kind of all over the house OR misfiled in a filing cabinet. Ever find a medical document that you lost filed in tax records that are scheduled to be thrown out? Great for retaining tax records also.
I like that my notes sync between all my devices. I can access them no matter where I am.
I don't feel like I know all of the capabilities of Evernote. Feeling like I am not getting full value.
Keeping myself and my notes organized so I can quickly reference when needed.
