Ccleaner es el más conocido de los programas de optimización que hay en el mercado. Junto con un buen antivirus ayudan a mantener el ordenador en buen estado de funcionamiento. La herramienta principal permite hacer una limpieza de archivos basura, pudiendo nosotros configurar qué elementos incluiremos en dicha limpieza (cookies, historial de navegación de distintos programas, caché, archivos temporales, papelera,...). Dispone también de herramientas adicionales que permiten limpiar el registro, buscar elementos duplicados en nuestro equipo, analizar el disco, configurar el inicio del sistema, desinstalar programas que ya no vamos a utilizar, restaturar el sistema,.... Lo que menos me gusta es que (como hacen otros programas gratuitos) intente "colar" otros programas durante la instalación; no me refiero a malware, me refiero en concreto a un navegador que yo no uso. Solo hay que estar atento y desmarcar la casilla.

I like how quick it is to work with when cleaning the registry or just data in general, the interface is friendly in overall and being able to uninstall software that is hard to do on Windows. There are another couple of useful tools but I don't use these often.

I dislike that the active monitoring is available by default, which I don't use as it gives more disadvantages than advantages when it comes to a work environment. Other than that, there is nothing else that awards a dislike status.

I have been using CCleaner to reduce the data that often waste space as temporal data, cache or residual information. I also use it to fix the registry as it deletes broken or invalid entries and it is capable of fixing some of them.

It also has a software uninstaller menu that loads faster than the built-in Windows software manager prior to Windows 10, and it'll find more software to uninstall as well. It's a good complete package. It also shows you your graphics and CPU information, which is a nice bonus.

It updates a lot, and installing the update involves going to their webpage and downloading a new installer. Since I don't think my cookie locations are changing, I don't do updates anymore and just stick with the version that's now a few years old.

Under tools there is an option for "Drive Wiper" while I have used this software for a while I don't like employees or my parents having access to anything that could clean the drive up to much.

It's just good software, it helps keep me from having to spend a lot of time on individual computers looking to find stuff that is slowing down or messing up the computer.

This little tool clans up temp files, clipboard, memory dumps, chkdsk file fragments, caches, etc. It makes my computer run faster and is easy to run right off the recycle bin context menu!

Excellent software that allows me to remove junk files without worrying about removing important files for the system. I can remove temporary files from each browser simultaneously and some important unnecessary files from the system. I can also delete the files in the registry and I have the possibility of making a backup. Best of all, it is fast and quite safe. The possibility of improper deletion of the system is quite far away.

Ask for too many updates. Sometimes these updates end up worsening the software's performance and there is nothing relevant enough to be considered of them.

I do not like that sometimes the program has problems to open, sometimes I get an error where it says that a required component is missing, and it asks me for a dll of the program, that is a problem that I sometimes have and asks me to return to urge the program.
