What do you like best about Calendly?

Ease of use, integrations are amazing. Our team uses this in almost every department.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Not their fault but Google is making it harder with the setting changes.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a multi time zone team so it is nice to be able to send a link and have someone find times that work versus guessing if you're being respectful of people's working hours.

What do you like best about Calendly?

The easy to to use website. It was so easy to connect my zoom account and to get my link to my customers. I have had no complaints from anyone who has booked a meeting with me

What do you dislike about Calendly?

A few meetings were booked and a zoom link was not automatically send with the meeting confirmation. I was able to find the issue and it resolved

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

They make meeting with customer so simple and easy. My company used another provider in the past. This is so much better

"Seamless Integration with Google and Zoom - Love this App for Scheduling time with Customers"
What do you like best about Calendly?

It seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar, allowing me to send out my availability directly using Calendly, then customer invite syncs right back to Google with a new zoom event automatically added to the calendar invite.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

No complaints on the app. I love using the app.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly allows me to share a public link for my calendar/availability with customers, and seamlessly integrates with Gmail and Zoom. This enables customers to automatically schedule time with me, while integrating with Zoom to automatically embed a zoom meeting into each invite.

"Calendly Salesforce Routing is Amazing!"
What do you like best about Calendly?

We use Calendly for various purposes in our organization. The primary purpose is to book product demos on our sales team calendars, but we also use it to book onboarding appointments for current customers, to schedule interviews during the hiring process, and to schedule meetings with vendors and third parties. I've used Calendly with Salesforce for demo bookings for many years and their new Routing for Salesforce feature is amazing. Now when someone goes to book a demo, we can route them to customer success if they are already a customer, and if they are a lead, Calendly will check to see who the assigned owner is in Salesforce and populate that person's calendar for booking. If there is no owner, we round-robin the appointments among our sales team. This ensures that people always get to the right team and the right person which has saved us a ton of time and made the process super smooth for our customers and prospects.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Honestly, nothing. The one issue I used to have with Calendly was that it couldn't find a lead/account owner in Salesforce but it does that now! The one thing that would make it even better would be the option to automatically CC another team member on event invitations. That would help out our sales process.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leads can book demos directly on our sales team calendars. Our SDRs also use Calendly to book demos for the AEs, which helps us keep things fair (the event they use Round Robins the demos). It also provides us with consistent reporting both in Salesforce and in Calendly.

What do you like best about Calendly?

The best thing about Calendly is the time savings. The amount of time people spend coordinating schedules to book a meeting is insane. To have a platform that allows you to automate that process in a clear manner is such a valuable tool. I wish I could get everything in my life scheduled via Calendly!

What do you dislike about Calendly?

The two things I would change about Calendly are: 1) The perception that you are not being "personal" by sending someone a Calendly link. 2) Making it easier to build the workflow for more complex calendar coordination.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly solves the timesuck that is coordinating schedules to book an appointment. Life shouldn't be that difficult, but it is (at times). Using Calendly streamlines one area of my life.

What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like most about Calendly is how it integrates seamlessly with the other platforms I use, including HubSpot and more, allowing me to track scheduled calls easily.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

While Calendly integrates well with other platforms, there is a lack of customization options when setting up an out-of-the-box integration with HubSpot or Google.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly allows me to open up my calendar to clients and, through the integration with HubSpot, means that all such activities are logged on contact and company records.

Calendly is super easy to use, and I appreciate their intentional communication to customers. As a solopreneur, Calendly provides reasonably priced services that allow me to run my business smoothly. I can't recommend it enough!

Nothing. Calendly has always served me well.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly solves my scheduling needs. I link it to my calendar and then manage my availability through the Calendly app. It's easy to update availability when my schedule changes too.

Not only does Calendly provide me with an extensive range of features, but it surpasses my needs in terms of usability and functionality. Calendly goes above and beyond, offering me more than what I actually require for my use-case.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coordinating and setting up meetings with stakeholders and team members in an organization like mine, is one task I find very cumbersome. Thanks to Calendly, I am having to do less in this aspect by setting up automated reminders and notifications for scheduled meetings. This eliminates the need for manual follow-ups and ensures that all participants are well-prepared and punctual for every scheduled meeting.

What do you like best about Calendly?

I like Calendly because it makes scheduling phone calls with clients easy. I love the ease of setting up and sharing the link with clients. I like the simplicity of the calendar design for clients, I also love how customizable it is for me when showing my availability.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

None, everything has been working fine for me

Using Calendly avoids the back-and-forth when communicating different time slots. It also ensures that both parties are available and reduces phone tag.
