"AHREFS is awesome for link building"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

I've used a couple of SEO software programs over the last 4 years. Moz, Serpstat, SEM Rush and now Ahrefs. Since the bulk of my focus is actually building links, I think Ahrefs has the most reliable results. For example, if you checked the backlink profile of 10-20 websites on Ahrefs and compared to another SEO software provider, I bet that you would average at least 10-15% more results with Ahrefs. That can be a lot more opportunities! Their keyword phrase tracker seems to work pretty quickly and seems to be accurate.

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

I think the price is a bit high compared to some of the other providers. Nearly $200 per month currently and feel there could but better value for the cost.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding link opportunities, tracking positions in search results, analyzing websites.

"Amazing tool for SEO, from beginners to advanced users"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

I've triet a lot of SEO tools, and Ahrefs consistently comes out on top. It's super easy to use, and the dashboard is the best I've used in terms of showing keyword difficulty, search volume, and suggested keywords. What makes Ahrefs stand out is the additional features. It gives you options to look at suggested keywords, search for content gaps, look at competitor content ranks and you can even do a site audit.

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

The one drawback of Ahrefs is the price. The lowest priced package runs at $99 a month ($82 if you pay for the full year). You even have to pay for a trial just to test the product out! Okay, it's worth it. But it's definitely one of those tools you have to think hard about investing in because of the price tag.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

For everything SEO related, Ahrefs gives the answer. I'm able to come up with content ideas, keyword suggestions, and even prove to clients how much a piece of organic content is worth (it shows how much a piece woulf cost if you were paying for the keywords instead of ranking for them organically, I love this feature!)

"The ultimate link, content, site and competitor intelligence tool"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

Overall, this is a solid all-in-one SEO tool - if you know what you're doing. It has great web-crawling and site-crawling features. The link building seems to be their specialty, and tracking and monitoring backlinks is excellent with Ahrefs. It's an all-in-one solution, with plenty of tools for SEO work, eliminating the need for additional tools.

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

Price is definitely a deciding factor. It's just a little on the high side, as the "Lite" plan is fairly limited, and the next plan up is almost double the cost. There are certainly more affordable options out there, but you often get what you pay for with these things. Complexity is another factor as the number of features can be overwhelming at first. Ahrefs is great & powerful, but not always the easiest to understand. You have to know what you're doing to get real value.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we decided to focus our efforts around SEO, we explored several options for our SEO toolkit. Ahrefs continually came up as the best solution in a crowded market. We use it to track our SEO progress, plan content and keyword targeting, and to monitor backlinks to our site. It's our bag of tricks for making sure we're making good progress with our SEO efforts.

"My Personal User Review"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

What I really dig about Ahrefs is how it's like having a secret weapon for your website. The way it uncovers competitor strategies and gives you the lowdown on their backlinks and keywords is pure gold. And those keyword research features? They've saved me hours of guesswork and brought in serious traffic. Plus, the site audit – it's like having a virtual detective that points out exactly what's wrong with your site's SEO. Honestly, Ahrefs feels like a backstage pass to the SEO world, and it's become my go-to for nailing search rankings.

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

One thing that can be a bit of a bummer about Ahrefs is the price tag. It's definitely not the cheapest tool out there, and for smaller businesses or individuals, it can be a bit of a stretch. Also, while Ahrefs is a powerhouse for backlink info, sometimes the backlink index updates can take a tad longer compared to some competitors. Oh, and the learning curve – it's not the most beginner-friendly tool, so if you're new to SEO, it might feel a bit overwhelming at first. But hey, once you get the hang of it, it's like riding a bike – you'll cruise along just fine.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Let me share my experience with how Ahrefs transformed my SEO journey into a success story. Picture this: I was navigating the intricate world of SEO, striving to elevate my website's visibility amidst the competition. Enter Ahrefs – a game-changer that swiftly resolved my SEO challenges. Ahrefs became my digital compass, guiding me through the labyrinth of keywords and backlinks. It unveiled the strategies of my rivals, offering insights into their tactics. This revelation armed me with a strategic advantage, enabling me to tailor my content and strategies for optimal results. The keyword research tool was nothing short of a revelation. No more shooting in the dark; Ahrefs allowed me to pinpoint high-potential keywords, driving the right audience straight to my doorstep. The result? Increased organic traffic and improved conversions. However, the real magic happened during the website audit. Ahrefs meticulously analyzed my site, revealing hidden issues that held back its SEO performance. Broken links, sluggish pages – it highlighted them all, giving me a crystal-clear roadmap for enhancements. Armed with this knowledge, I could optimize my site's performance, ensuring a seamless user experience. I won't sugarcoat it – Ahrefs has a learning curve. But investing time in understanding its features and functionalities was undoubtedly worth it. Ahrefs might not be the ultimate solution to all SEO dilemmas, but it's the robust toolkit that empowered me to make well-informed decisions and address crucial aspects of my online presence. In a nutshell, Ahrefs transformed my SEO struggles into victories. It armed me with insights, guided my strategies, and provided a comprehensive perspective on my website's health. While it may not be a magical fix, Ahrefs is a powerhouse that every serious marketer should consider harnessing for their SEO journey.

"Great backlink software, and definitely the best priced"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

My company conducted an extenstive study of backlink software platforms to integrate into our platform, and Ahrefs quickly rose to the top of the heap, As heavy API users, we appreciate their easy to use interface and great pricing

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

Their dataset is not as powerful as MajesticSEO's, but the value is way better.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't collect our own backlink data; we just analyze that data and integrate it into our software. We needed a powerful but not overly expensive solution to get backlink data at scale, and ahrefs provided that and more.

"Nothing comes close for backlink work."
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

The library and crawl index for Ahrefs is unparalleled. If you need to know competitive landscape and build backlinks, there is not another player in this space. moz, etc doesn't come anywhere close. they do alright in other factors, but purely from a research and backlink profile perspective Ahrefs is the leader without competition. Comparison features and backlink tracking are indispensable. Good to help with estimation of traffic on potential client's websites. You can go to the table in a client meeting better prepared. This along with SEO powersuite makes a good package.

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

They know they can charge a hefty fee, so they do. If I could do without their service, I would, but nothing that "competes" with this can come close to the depth of information.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

need for competitor research; finding opportunities for backlinks; tracking campaigns and seeing long-term value associated with the work we are doing on SEO.

"Great Product for Link Analisys but Pricey"
What do you like best about Ahrefs?

ahrefs does a great job of showing both social and backlinks. You can get a free trial and a few limited features work on the free plan. Only the free plan you can only see the top 5 links on a single site but you can still see the summary of your links - domain health, URL rating, backlinks, referring domains, organic keywords, and ip. You can drill down into all these. You can track 5 keywords and get a ranking report every week. The full blown version offers much more

What do you dislike about Ahrefs?

ahrefs is pricier at $99/month than Majestic's Silver Quarterly Plan ($50/month - regular price is $79/month) and about the same as Moz Pro ($99/month) . They know they are good so no budget prices fro them.

What problems is Ahrefs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like all SEO companies we strive to get links for our clients' websites and ourselves. If we had the budget we would definitely want a subscription to ahrefs as well as Majestic, Moz Pro, and Buzzsumo to name a few. Since we are not a big company with deep pockets we try to get as much as possible out of teh free versions of the tools.
