The filtering way to sort topics for which you want to write about. It consists of all kinds of topics ranging from sales, marketing, IT, Economy, Cryptocurrency etc. being an open-source people can upload their ideas on the active campaign and talk about various topics.
To be honest, nothing! It's simply perfect however it would be really helpful if the price would have been less.

i like the campaigns because they are user-friendly, which is important because not everyone is very tech-savvy.
Having to pay EVEN MORE for the website component. The platform is already at higher end cost, and to be paying that much and be asked to pay more to use the pages was a big disappointment.

Sometimes it takes a bit to get the automations to work, but the knowledge base is always just a click away.
Our company was sending out mass emails via Outlook, causing a strain on the person sending out the emails. Now, we send out our newsletter, bulk emails, and product updates with ActiveCampaign. Creating these campaigns has saved us a lot of headaches. Not only that, we use ActiveCampaign to generate leads with landing pages and automation sequences. Again, it's saving us a lot of time and money once the automation sequences and landing pages are created. We have several business units, and I've shared how we love using ActiveCampaign with them. Overall, an excellent platform for generating leads and communicating without customers.

The CRM part of the tool could be improved,tracking, task and meeting management However the pipelines are really user-friendly.

All the possibilities; its user friendly, easy to use; many many options en functionalities; data information is very handy; same subscribers on multiple lists count as 1 subscriber

Being able to automatically mail my clients and subscribers. I love the automations, saves a lot of time and headspace

We automate the emails of our funnels and our online academies. The benefit is that everything works perfectly and we don't have to worry about a thing.
As a relative newcomer to email marketing software, I love the ability to set up drip campaigns with logic quickly; tags work great to trigger different automations, ease of use in creating great-looking templates, and segmentation options galore. The goal option is excellent! Integration with the Gmail add-on makes it super easy to get a quick rundown on contacts. The reply tracking and open tracking are solid features as well. I would highly recommend it to any business looking to increase its ease and frequency of communicating with customers.
Maybe just more robust integrations that don't require Zapier. Overall though, not anything I "dislike."
We can communicate with leads and customers consistently. It has been nice to know we can stay in front of them and keep customers updated on our process and products.
Saving the templates and elements of my campaigns makes it so much easier.
It can be hard to figure out at first, and I have had to find random videos on youtube to help me figure things out.
I like creating groups to send things to directly, and it helps me reach my email list.
My favorite part about ActiveCampaign is how easy it is to create a template that can be used again and again.
The automation can be tricky, but there's help available for that.
I'm able to keep in touch with my clients, and prospects. The biggest benefits to me so far have been the ease that it integrates with clickfunnels, and also being able to see statistics. I love hearing about all the features that I haven't even gotten into using yet, but I feel good knowing these features are waiting for me when I need them. So in other words, ActiveCampaign is good for simple use, for a small business, it's affordable and it can grow with you as well. It has everything you need!
The ability to automate both sms and email with joint insights. I also really enjoyed the interface as it was easy to use for me and my whole team.
Was a bit pricey but worth the value. I would still recommend this as I saw the value but felt it was a bit expensive.

I think maybe AC needs to implement more dynamic ways for the emails.
All my email marketing goes by AC. The leads generation became very truthful and honest. We create a complete CRM step by step process that let us understand the way the seller behave.
I really like the segmentation tools and in conjunction with the automation features.

Not cheap...but you get what you pay for. Support team is working on a zapier integration so that visits from Visitor Queue <www.VisitorQueue.com - an IP address-based visitor identification program> - which may contain scores of email addresses, limit additions to one email, instead of up to fifty currently imported per company visitor.

I love the ability to easily create branded and beautiful emails. Also, tracking open and conversion rates is very user-friendly.
