It is cost-effective, and its features are all really helpful. starting from business management to customer management and also helps with tracking and managing the sales and marketing activities of staff, so overall, a good CRM
Its security compliences are out of date, Service team is a bit unprofessional.and the overall U/I is a bit complex irrespective of these facts the software is good. Although the service team attend to problems quickly but still the solution is just temporary.
It is solving many problems like lead management, Bulk mail marketing, Billing and invoicing, Manage databases, etc., but the essential part is its sales forecasting feature that helps to forecast the sale for both this month and upcoming months
The app is user-friendly. It is appreciated app that has flexibility, functionality of the 1CRM. Also 1CRM app the most cost-effective solution for small businesses that has low budget.
I dislike about 1CRM is that it is steep learning curve. This app is not that easy to learn most specially for the new users not like the other CRM systems that is easy to navigate and learn with.
The problem that 1CRM is solving is the disorganized customer data. It helps and benefits in a way that allows business to organize their customer data in one place. It benefits us users by helping to manage customer relationships better and improving sales and marketing activities.
Being able to use a single system to manage my business was a huge plus. I hate having everything located in different systems. Lead and campaign management was a definite plus, and made it simple to manage the ROI of my campaigns. Also the price is incredible for growing businesses. Being able to track all of my contractors and their projects, as well timesheet and invoicing made my life significantly easier.
No problems so far. It has more features than platforms like Salesforce and Sugar, which makes me happy. Overall I'm cutting costs and keeping my marketing and sales team focused on the tasks at hand.
Campaign management and Sales followup to marketing campaigns. Also managing several contractors on different projects, as well as invoicing all of them and keeping accurate records. I've realized all of these benefits and more. I'm very satisfied with 1CRM.
1CRM stands out to me for two things - reasonable price, and really good quote and invoice functions included within the CRM. Seemed well suited to a small/medium business when I found it, and it has been true for our business at least. The project management and customer service functions were just kind of a bonus for us when we were signing up - but we find we do use them now - so it keeps that information inside the one system as well, which is nice. If the appearance of your Quote/Invoice PDFs is really important to you, note that you'll likely want the most expensive Enterprise Edition, as it includes the PDF designer tool that lets you change the images and colours and layout of your PDFs.
My least favourite aspect of 1CRM is probably how big it is. It covers not just CRM but Order Management, Service Management, and Project Management. When I initially just wanted to use it for a few months as a simple Sales & Marketing CRM, I had to learn a few admin functions to make those extra features invisible to most of my users, so the system would look the part of a simple Sales & Marketing CRM. Then later on I made some of them visible again as we expanded what we were doing with 1CRM into Order Management as well. On the other hand, the price is cheaper than most simple Sales CRMs, so the extra features seem to me to be pretty much free, making it hard to complain too much.

What I like most about 1 CRM is its neat packaged solutions for marketing and sales requirements. Its decent in features and has user level access as well as team level access.
There's very little not to like about 1CRM as a CRM solution fo marketing and sales. However, I am not sure if its useful in non English transaactions. Also I always wonder why its not as popular as Hubspot or Salesforce.
1CRM though I used it for little time offered at low pricing a whole variety of solutions that catered to both my sales and marketing needs. It also seems good on customer support.

it is an easy to use and very suitable software for my business. the pricing of the software is really good and is very beneficial for small and medium organizations like ours.
the updates for software are probably not very well tested, we get issues after every update.
