It makes it easy to publish a podcast and broadcast it out to all the major streaming outlets.
The user interface is a little dated and it takes some getting used to.
We use Libsyn to host our monthly industry podcast and make it available to all the major streaming outlets. All we need to do is upload our podcast and a few bits of info, click a couple of buttons and it gets submitted to iHeartRadio, Spotify, Audible and more.
The usability and functionality were what we were after when first launching our podcast. It was relatively easy to use and upload content and offers some good basic reporting to analyse reporting.
The UI and UX of the service could be improved. I find it a little dated and devalues the overall experience. I would like to have more detailed reporting to help identity what aspects of content are working best for us.

It's simple and intuitive and easy to use, the pricing isn't bad.
It's not very nice to look at, the available tools are a little outdated (especially for the price-point), and the interactions I've had with customer support have been moderately unhelpful (and at times a little rude).
Hosting several podcasts and making them available across multiple platforms.
