Able to strategically queue workflow so that order of departmental procedures is optimized based on the specimens that arrive each day. The lab had a very specific objective to receive specimen shipments and process preliminary same-day results which was increasingly possible with databox in regards to analyzing our performance. It highlighted area where some tests/processes should be initiated at a different time in the day depending on volume.

I wasn’t an evaluator, just user. I imagine the capabilities of databox are expansive for technologically inclined users and analysts. I was responsible for a small part of data in my department so I never accessed some of the greater spreadsheet/collaborative/graphic data.

It helped us rearrange the queue of specimen processing and storage by type depending on quantity received each business day. Specimens are processed and run with different physical and biochemical techniques so the data allowed us to run testing and storage more efficiently. We made changes to our previously established workflow across multiple departments to ensure faster results distribution to clients and optimize specimen integrity. It saved money, time and added value to the product itself by way of quality improvement.

If your WiFi connection isn’t very strong it takes a long time to load.

I love using Databox to build my dashboards! I am not the best coder and it is amazing how I can build a dashboard without any coding necessary using Databox!

I do not dislike anything so far, but I honestly have not been using it for very long.

Building dashboards without having to code.

This is the most advanced business analysis software I have seen and itʻs disguised behind this very easy to use interface. However; donʻt be fooled by simple appearances because under the hood you have a lot of control over how data is managed, updated, presented, calculated, etc. Google Sheets integration is brilliant. This feature alone can transform most teams away from written status reports and boring meetings to real time analysis of whats actually happening so you can make decisions.

The top pricing plan is a bit expensive but it saves us so much itʻs not a big deal. We have very low data volume and activity but would like to have more connections. If there was a way to find that balance it would be nice.

Nearly real time marketing analytics that allows us to adjust inventory plans based on trends we would have otherwise missed or problems developing that can be managed early. We are a small company operating in a fast moving market where we can waste a lot of money in the wrong places if we are not paying attention. This also gives me great historical perspective on growth and gives me hard numbers on growth or decline and I donʻt need a CPA or CFO or anyone to prepare it for me.

The ability to easily show data, to segment data properly, and to organize everything well. LOVE this!!

The zapier integration was a bit complicated to set up and not intuitive, i.e. entering the "|" character to separate title fields as well as needing to push a value w/no title field + a separate value with all title fields, taking up two zap steps, is unnecessary and should be simplified. But once this is solved, the software is AMAZING. All-time.

Visualizing all the data we're getting from multiple sources. Amazing, incredible product.

The out-of-the-box templates! I was able to get dashboards up and running the same day!

Nothing yet. Maybe, it would be nice to export dashboard to PDF for offline access in powerpoint. Not sure if this exists already.

Databox allows us to have all the important information we need from a range of multiple tools and is so easy to setup. Ive been looking for a platform like this for a long time and have finally found it!

Not much yet. Still implementing the BI functionality but the out of the box reports are great.

As a sales manager, I need to be able to keep track of my team's daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and activity. I'm using HSCRM and Databox makes it easy to visualize the most important metrics from my phone or browser.

The product is always improving but sometimes there are slight delays in the refresh.

My reporting has always been manual and taken a lot of time. Databox has helped me automate my monthly sales reporting so I can spend more time analyzing the data instead of pulling together numbers into spreadsheets.

The stock charts and number of integrations are great. The App is pretty slick too. Its fare more intuitive to use than a lot of other KPI Dashboards.

iTunes Connect Data for Subscriptions is lacking

Creating KPI Dashboards to make sure we're on track on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The best part is the number of the connectors to the platforms that we are already using (ie. Social Media, HubSpot).

No particular thing comes to mind. The overall experience is really good.

We were looking for easy to use dashboards that needs no coding. Databox is really helpful for us and we use it mostly for marketing purposes.

Easy to use - many other reporting software's I have tried are very complicated and couldn't achieve what I was looking for. Databox looks great, easy to understand and is beautiful to present to clients.

Hmmm, nothing really but it would be great if the Conversion Rate and Avg Pos metric arrows, when % or position has improved e.g. avg pos 1.1 is better than 3.1 that the arrows would show green not red because it is a positive change.

There isn't much that I dislike about DataBox but I would recommend for improvement, adding freedom of timeframe monitoring for instagram highest engagement etc. Beyond 30 days.

I can see all of my companies data without logging into every account separately and I can present that data quickly and visually without the trouble of creating Dashboards myself.

It is exactly what we were looking for. It is very easy to use, and gets the most important Metrics so you can check everything in one place, and jump to conclusions way faster!

I am missing a lower priced tier for startups focused on many metrics, but can't really afford $100.

Analytics is a bliss with this app. You have GA, FB ads, and shopify in one view.

I've visited this app a few day ago but now I found it very useful for a number of my upcoming projects.Now I'm also start earning through it.I also recommending my friends/colleges to come on this site and let do some valueable designing.

On thing which I didn't like in databox is that it don't have an option of source code from where we can get the source code of our design and embed it wherever we want.

I really like the number of integrations and type of visualizations databox offers for a majority of the tools we use. The customizations offered really help to pull and visualize all our data in one place

IN my opinion Data box is better than most competitor software because it a great marketing tool that tracking digital and social media marketing performances. I like the UI interface along with it allowing user to connect many different multiple sources of data.

The believe there are few issues with AI integration and the way trafficking data is reported month quarterly, semi monthly and every 12 months because it seem to be problem with the calender when reporting. The graphics could use a upgrade because it you to drag to zoom out and in using this software.

i was having problem with the data visualization and frankly I thought it be more high tech because of the component use in the software but their is a lot bugs to be work out of this software but overall it not bad software product but need to fix some issues like the text formatting for the data blocks or the dash board for accounts which need improvement to make this product sell better to businesses and companies.
