It is very intuitive and therefore takes little to none education for users to navigate in Kontainer. And a very important feature for us is that you can manage user permissions at user/folder level Also they’re very helpful and open to suggestions.
If I have to mention a downside, it would be that the ‘time limited link’ option when sharing files doesn't always seem to work.
It saves me time during the day. Often I would spend a lot of time finding and sending, e.g., images, to our salespeople or resellers. With Kontainer, all I have to do is make sure the media files are available in Kontainer, and the individual can find the things they need themselves.
We have been building imagebanks/media folders in a variety of ways in the past, and it always end up being too time consuming. So we were on the market for a solution that were attractive price wise and featured everything we needed. Kontainer has these features and more, offer excellent customer service and follow-up-talks and more.
A bit too many price steps to consider when choosing to sign up.
We can offer a great platform to our clients for a small amount and a far better product than we could develop ourselves. We don't have to maintain imagebanks anymore and try to develop features for each client, they have every featured they want with the Kontainer platform. The development team listens to our feedback and look to implement features we the users are looking for.
Great sharing and organizational features. Possibilities to create creative content pieces, such as moodboards, press releases, and collection overviews within the tool in an easy way.
When creating pages using templates and combining text with images, the process might not necessarily be intuitive and functional. It becomes time consuming and not easy to do within the tool.
We use Kontainer as an Image Bank, in which our partners can easily find images of our products. We have different access levels depending the partner type and that is very helpful.

I like that it is easy to use and move pictures around in different albums. The functions are good when they work. And that you can put a date on when pictures expires.
There are continuously some errors. Some collegues cant "bulk" the pictures, sometimes i cant select multiple pictures at a time and so on. But that just technical errors.
That the people that needs to view our pictures can easily access them now. And its easier to get an overview of the pictures we have.

I do not always find what I am looking for very easy. I think, I could use more headlines and subjects and a better overview of these
